MRO Electric and Supply

MRO Electric has provided my electronic needs for the past couple years. Their products are quality and provide me with what I need. The customer service is amazing and the staff is great. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my industrial electronics.

The item was delivered in a timely fashion. We THOUGHT we had a problem and customer service was very helpful. We ended up with a solution. The item is going into a panel so we are not sure how satisfied we are just yet The panel is still in production

Very responsive! We ordered a monitor for a machine down and required next day delivery. It was shipped out and delivered the very next day. The morning after we ordered this, I requested a tracking number, which I was provided within a matter of minutes.

Great company to work with, everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful in resolving our issue with a failed drive. We had originally bought a drive from a different company but it arrived DOA, so we contacted MRO and they had the drive in stock for an even better price. It was shipped out right away and we are now up and running! We'll be contacting MRO first for any future needs.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery. I was offered a refurbished motor at a significant discount over a new one. MRO was the only supplier I found that offered me a refurbished motor, the others including the manufacturer, only offered new. They will be my first choice when the need arises in the future.

Thank you MRO! We were desperate and losing production with our machine down and MRO was able to come through for us and get our machine back up and running. They even were able to walk us through the reinstallation of our drive, so we will be adding them to our preferred vendor list.

We requested a quote and received the quote in about 10 minutes.

It was late in the day and we had a machine down that needed to run. So we contacted Joe Kaminski and he made sure to get the part we needed sent out that afternoon for delivery the next morning.

We had an issue right when we installed and Joe answered our questions quickly and resolved the issue (switches needed to be reset on the power supply)

MRO Electric came to the rescue. We had a machine go down and they had the computer board we needed. The board was very reasonably priced and we received it the next day. The ordering process was quick and simple. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

MRO electrical saved my day, we have an obsolete Modicon processor that is being replaced this month. As Murphy would have it, we lost an analog output card and an input card. I started searching the web, MRO had both cards in stock and shipped to my plant in Washington state by 7:30 am the following morning.

I needed the part ASAP and MRO Electric was right on it. I received the part the next day. I was packaged very nice not damage. The part worked perfect. No problems. Great supplier. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I couldn't find the part I needed anywhere but clicked an ad to MRO Electric and it said "In Stock". I couldn't believe it! Anyway, I talked to Joe who gave me a quote and expedited shipping for what was a very reasonable price. Will definitely look to them in the future.

We had an emergency on a Saturday morning at our plant. I contacted MROElectric and they got back to me within the hour. They had everything we needed in stock and sent someone to their shop to pick and ship the products we needed on a Saturday for early Monday AM delivery. We are a distributor and this item was for resale, as far as I know the products received were acceptable or I would have had a complaint.
I was satisfied with the quote I received - received in a timely manner.

Asked for a price quote on PLC cards, received a quote later that same day with option of either new PLC cards or rebuilt with the prices for each. Ordered the rebuilt cards and standard delivery and received cards within three days. Installed cards and have had no issues.

I bought a Yaskawa Drive for my aged Hitachi Lathe. I needed the drive shipped overnight. The transaction went smooth. We received it the next day, installed the drive, machine is back up and running making us product.
