If your FANUC equipment breaks and you don't stock parts, this is the place to call. Or just use them as your parts supply house. What ever FANUC part you need they got it. I couldn't ask for better service!
My table saw motor crapped out in the middle of a project. I shipped it to MRO for a look. They gave me a hard, low price (no open ended hourly rate) and a promise that if they couldn't make it work they wouldn't charge anything. They got it running better than ever and back to me in less than 72 hours! My experience with MRO couldn't have been better.
Everyone I have talked with at MRO Electric was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The modules I purchased are no longer in production so finding a source for them allows me to delay the large expense of replacing the entire fountain controller for a bit longer. PCU50 was an obsolete part from the machine manufacturer so we where dead in the water, after speaking to Joe he was very helpful and knowledgeable, he knew what we needed and the part was in stock new, but he also gave me some more economic options to choose from, i opted for the new unit and they shipped it the same day.
The unit should arrive in a few days so our laser should be back in production for a few more years to come Thanks for your help
Great experience, called in and got a salesperson right away without having to go through any phone menus. Their price was good so we placed the order and got the Fanuc board we needed overnighted to us.
We are very happy with the service that MRO provided to us. They had stock of an older PLC that we couldn't find anywhere and were able to have it ready for a courier to pick it up so we had our machine back up the same day. MRO will be the first place we check going forward.
Replacement Fanuc Motor was in stock and shipped out same day as my order. Received the motor next day and was back up and running. Thanks again for having the product I needed, and motor comes with a one year warranty.
The company that we originally sent our motor to for repair was unable to get it working properly, so we send the motor to MRO in hopes that they would be able to get the job done. MRO turned it around in 2 days and when we got our motor back in it ran like new. We'll be going to MRO the first time around whenever we need another servo motor repaired.
Those guys were the best. They kept in communication with me all through the process. The end result was overnight shipped with tracking and the final product worked as it should.
What wasn't apparent was that the version or model that we had was only one in (who knows) how many application. There are a lot of these items produced over the years, but not great literature explaining differences between versons and board improvements.
MRO did the best possible re-rurb on these boards and then sending them to us with the required accessories. We are up and running now whereas should we have chose an alternate product, we would have had to change our entire installation wiring and we are still ahead of the game by using them to provide us these hard-to-locate replacement boards. We are back in business with our machinery in a little under a week's time with two spare circuit boards for future use in repairs.
