Order was processed quickly ans courteously by representative Joe Kaminski. Shipping was fast and packaging is adequete. Even if it is refurbished, the product is indifferentiable from a brand new one: it is perfectly functional and looks like it was never used at all.
MRO had inventory of all the spare PLCs we needed to restock after a lightning strike took out our system. We wwere very happy with the condition of all the units we purchased, everything was brand new.
I purchased 5 altivar drives from MRO for saturday delivery and it was one of the easiest orders I've placed. Meg helped take the order and made sure to have the tracking sent to us so we could coordinate the delivery with UPS. MRO gets two thumbs up from us!

Our manufacturing plant in Germany needed a Fanuc servo motor for a machine down situation, Fanuc Japan had a long lead time, Fanuc Germany was no help so they reached out to us for assistance in locating the motor. Our Fanuc destributor also did not have the item in stock but was kind enough to recommend MRO Electric. One hour later I had shipping confirmation and the motor was delivered in Germany the next business day. Wow! Great service. MRO made me and the USA look good. Thanks.

I bought my new FANUC drive here and had a great experience. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me or anything like that. They were genuinely interested in what I was looking for and they helped me to find it without being pushy. Great company.
We purchased 5 items back in June, and all the process was excellent. Customer has some doubts about purchasing Fanuc remanufactured items, but with all the information provided by MRO Electric they were able to get all the permissions to import the items to their country. Shopping experience was excellent.

I was in a pinch and needed a replacement VFD fast. I overnighted my drive to them so they could get the information out of it and I received the replacement drive at 8:00 the next morning. Wow! That is just what I needed - an unreasonably fast turn-around.

We had a machine down due to a damaged component and MRO was one of the very few suppliers that have the part in stock and they have it at the best price. We could´t pay from the web page because we are international customers but Joe from sales department was very helpfull and guided us through the rest of the process, the part was shipped same day and we received 2 days later in our facilites (after custom clearence) and the machine was back in production

The item, a Fanuc motor-brake combination, was in stock and shipped that day for next day delivery. The price was reasonable and, although I could have gotten it cheaper on eBay, etc, I liked the fact that Joe was very knowledgeable about the product line and warranties his goods. Plus eBay is a crapshoot when it comes to promised deliveries and I couldn't afford to take the risk.
The motor showed up as promised and downtime was kept to a minimum as a result. I'm very happy with the product and the service and will use them again for similar items.
MRO went above and beyond exceptional service. I had a machine down and I sent out an Email Saturday morning looking for parts. They replied to my Email very quickly. They had the part I needed in the warehouse, for a small fee they went to the warehouse and overnighted the part to me. Had the part by 7:30AM Monday morning.
I called on a refurbished Fanuc servo amplifier module with a 1 yr warranty that was in stock on the website. After verifying the module was in stock I placed the order for next day air. MRO was quick to respond we received the correct product the next day in tact with great packaging. Installed the module and our machine was back up and running with no issues. We waited about a week and a half to get the RMA # to return our faulty module to ensure the refurbished module from MRO was going to work properly, and so far so good. Thank you guys at MRO for the quality of the product and fast response and shipment.
