Pricing was under what our local rep quoted and the servo came with a 2 year warranty, so we went with MRO despite not having dealt with them before. Worked out great so we will keep them on speed dial!
Fair price and responsive sales team. David and Joe were both helpful and we appreciate the customer service. Drive is installed and running so we are very happy and will go back to MRO for more schneider parts as the need arises
Dave handled my order quickly and we had the speed drive delivered to us by the end of the week. Tracking number was sent on within hours and the entire process was very easy. We'll be looking to place an order for a spare at the beginning of next month.
Overall very happy with our MRO experience. The altivar drive was well packed as requested and brand new in the box. Joe was patient and accommodating in processing our order in compliance with our corporate policies.

My most recent order was for parts that I had no luck finding else where. Not only were they able to procure the parts, they got it to my customer much faster than expected and for a good price.
MRO is only a 10 minute drive from our shop so we were able to pick up the amp and it was a very easy process. They do good work and have helped us a few times before.

MRO has been our source for several years for a particular make and model servo drive amp and modules that are near-impossible to find elsewhere due to age and their being considered obsolete by the manufacturer. Always seem to have in stock when I need one and with immediate shipping. Other electronics houses like to advertise on a website that they are in stock, but when contacting them the story becomes send in your defective one and we will rebuild it with a several week lead time. That doesn't work when you have a production machine down.
Prices are fair considering these things are as rare as unicorns.
The attention I received from Mr. Joe Kaminski was excellent, accurate, prompt, and apparently, 24/7. He went beyond normal service levels by providing very detailed information requested by me, on the specific items I was looking for to buy. He also agreed to let our carrier pick up the products at MRO's facilities.
The products I received were brand new, factory packaged and sealed, very well packed.
The only things I would have liked to receive are: the ability to pay through PayPal without the extra fees, free shipping, and a Certificate of Origin for the items.

MRO Electric's customer service was very quick with quoting and answering my concerned questions. They addressed everything that was necessary and informed me all that was needed. The purchased shipment came ahead of the promise day, which was most pleasing. One major thing, did I mention saving money. Yes, maybe this isn't professional of me but people should know. Holy Cow! Needed an Simo electrical power supply and module. At the last minute a cooling fan also. This all had to come from Germany. MRO provided great service and communication on these items, got them to us quickly at a great price. I have not seen service like this for a longtime and it was refreshing. Will definitely work with MRO again asap

Have been a customer of MRO Electric for 6+ months now. I have zero complaints on quality, customer service, and ease of use. Their site is very user friendly, their staff is always eager to please. The prices are far better, sometimes half, of other similar vendors. Overall I am completely satisfied.
WOW, I have gotten so many Siemens parts cheaper than anywhere else I can find. The customer service truly goes above and beyond. 90% of the items I order are delivered in less than 24 hours. Can't beat it!
Had a very good experience ordering from MRO. Called in, spoke to Meg who gave me pricing for a Siemens part right away. I called back later in the day and placed the order which they were able to ship overnight so that we had the part Saturday morning. Will definitely add them to our preferred vendors list.
