It was easy to request a quote on line, Joe responded quickly with a quote and we received our desired drive in like new condition. We were a little skeptical at first to purchase from someone other than OEM, but so far the drive has performed without flaw, and we will be ordering from them again when the need arises.

We were in a bind and needed a processor for our PLC quickly. We called Joe Kaminski and he set us up with one and shipped it out over night. We bought two because the price was really good. We'll continue to do business with MRO, they are knowledgeable, friendly and try hard to meet our needs. Thanks again Joe!

I had a part shipped overnight AM delivery All that was fine,,, But they shipped the wrong part. Apparently someone had labeled the part wrong. Causing me another day of down time, lost profits, wages and late shipments.
Your prices are fair, service is good and sales are friendly.
I just hope this doesn't happen again.

Mro electric have parts advertising on google in stock and every time i called they do not have it. When i mentioned this is ongoing issue they told me to not to contact them anymore
