Boots came promptly, correct size. For the price they are pretty great boots. Take some time to break into though so beware.

Size is true to fit.

Ordered the wrong size tires, they were to expensive to ship back so I'll just have to eat the price. What I don't understand is they were shipped from my area in California, but I was required to return them to MO. Made the experience less then enjoyable, but it was my mistake.

Great, except there is a problem with the jacket and I will not have time to send it back before i go on a trip and then after I wear it you wont take it back. So this may be the one and only order you will see from me. There should have been better quality control on the Jacket. Will have to wait and see.

The product descriptions for the clothing I purchased did not indicate they were Slim Fit. When I returned them I had to pay a restocking fee and the cost of the return shipping.

I will never shop at this site again, and will tell everyone else the same.

Great prices and easy site to navigate. The "fast shipping" is accurate. I was hesitant to shop with this site because of the other companies "free 2 or 3 day shipping offers." I was disappointed in the product which I have already returned. I not only had to pay return shipping costs of $19.85, but I was also charged $10 for returning it. I feel that the product was incorrectly described as to sizing. The bottom line is that the $30 out of pocket expense makes me reluctant to business with the company in the future.

I did find one slight Q.A. Discrepancy. The Olympia label on the left waist band is sewn on upside down.
It did make me wonder if it was a factory second. I know from working in retailing years ago that it does not take a lot for a clothing article to be a factory second and you have to look very closly sometimes. Do you have another one that does not have defects or can you offer a further discount?

My first purchase from here and it won't be my last. It took a few days to consolidate my order but I was aware of that before placing my order and I was in no hurry. If you are in a hurry, there are other shipping options available. Overall, a great experience. I'll be looking for more in the future.

Well since you asked the website is a little hard to navigate but then again I'm an old guy so maybe it's just me. Some pages are cluttered and difficult to find the products I was searching for. Other than that I'm glad you had the product I was searching for at a reasonable price and delivery was perfect considering the price. Thank you.

I love the site. My boots fit great but my helmet is too snug. I requested an RMA several days ago but haven't heard back. The helmet was tried on a couple times, never outside, with tags and everything shipped with it. Would just like next size up as I love the helmet. Thank you!

I'm not the motorcycle person but am buying something for my husband so I won't look at the site often. I gave the helmet to my husband for his birthday and he was very pleased with it. It was a little tight but we are assuming it will 'loosen' with wear.

I had a real problem with the web site not taking my password it set to my email. I called the store atl east 6 times left 4 messages and no one returned my calls. I finally had to set up a new account with my wife's email. No customer support what so ever. I had no problems like this before I hope that you can fix this for the next time I need to order.

Had a return because my son for whom I bought the pants had gained 25 pounds as a freshman in college. No problem. Still had a larger size so I was able to get them for the same price and free shipping. I bought another jacket, pants and gloves and they are fine.
