I had to return my motorcycle jacket because the size was smaller than most jackets I normally wear. I had to pay $17.00 for return it, but also ended up paying an extra $32.00 for a larger size. Not very pleased with my shopping experience

The only issue was ordering a hi viz green in large that was incorrectly listed on the website as an available product. Later ordered a different color. Great assistance from customer service but incorrect product availability on the web.

Quick processing and delivery. The preview pictures could have been more inclusive, but worked for the item I was looking for. I greatly appreciated that they called to confirm the order as the buying and shipping addresses were different.

I was disappointed to learn that I would be charged a $10 restocking fee when I return the pants because they were too big. Other than that, prices and service were excellent.

It was easy to find this site in a google search. Great prices, my daughter is into horror movies and found a horror themed helmet at a great price. I had no issues and received my item in decent amount of time.

Confirmation on the actual shipping was a bit slow, but all other factors of buying from this website were great. The googles box was open, just like other reviews said, but nothing was wrong with them. Satisfied with everything purchased and would purchase again.

Easy to order, received item promptly. However, I did not attempt to return any items, so I have no idea on their customer service in that capacity. If you know what you want, then this place is great to order from. Prices were great, easy to order from, got the item I requested as specified.

Love to see that there a hot deals 24/7. But sometime items are actually not that good deal than other website. There are certain brand that motorcyclecloseouts dont carry. Hopefully in the future they will carry more stuff n more awesome deals.

LS2 helmet and Honda three quarter sleeve shirt arrived on the day promised. Helmet fit perfectly as does the shirt. I will be keeping watch on the website for any future great deals. No problems no hassles, great first time buying experience!

I called customer service to find out when my item would ship after I didn't hear anything for a week after I purchased and paid. The only slow part was the distributor since the item wasn't already at the store. Took two weeks to get it but everything else was great. Very happy with the quality of the item from Thor MX.

This has been a great experience so far. I ordered this gear for my son's birthday. I need it by 3/9 so I hope that I get it by then and I hope that he loves it!

Update: The package arrived in just 3 days which was almost a week before I needed it! Everything looks great and of great quality. My son loved his birthday present! We will be shopping here again!

Only problem was you found me on an email list. So when I went to set up my new account I could not I had to use my work email. Sort of a problem. I called customer service and left my phone number but no one ever called me back

Didn't expect order to take 15 days to arrive, I am used to a 2-3 day transaction, since people who order motocross products and gear order because we need it asap. Motosports.Com has everything to me in 2 days regardless of what time I order; am or pm, or weekday or weekend. But very pleased with products received. Will know better for next order

Ordered these as a last minute Christmas present on 12/23, knowing it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas Day. So I wrapped a picture of the boots in an old boot box. The next day UPS had them at my door. Unbelievable! Thanks for making my son's Christmas great!

Always Great! Service and Staff are Awesome! I did have to return the Jacket. I loved it but it runs very small! I have several XL jackets and they fit fine but this one is very snug! Didn't have a XXL. So I will go with out.
