Customer service was excellent. I ordered a product the wrong size by mistake. I sent an email explaining the mistake. I promptly received a phone call from customer service. They were so helpful in taking care of the problem. I would definitely recommend shopping for all your gear from Motorcycle Closeouts.

Quality products. If you are patient, there are great deals to be had. Being a senior on a fixed income, I'm trying to do track days on a budget but not with cheap products. I can find products here that keep me safe and allow me to purchase more track time.

Received the gear today - more than 2 weeks after I ordered it. It's not the worst delivery time, but doesn't compete with most other online motorcycle gear vendors. Overall I am pleased with the purchase though.

Delivery of the order was delayed until the next morning most likely because of the nine inches of snow we received, but other than that everything was as expected from Motorcyclecloseouts.com-great gear at a fantastic price.

The helmet I ordered and received had a small chip on the top, I haven't used it yet and chose not to ship it back cause I'm in California and it will take forever to get another.
Also it was a big bummer to see the same helmet for yes almost 100 dollars cheaper on bto sports. :(

The adds keep popping up even though I tell them not to very annoying

The items arrived in a timely manne and were as shown.
There was a manufacture defect in the visor of the helmet, but the customer care department was quick to remedy the issue. My son was pleased that he was able to keep the same helmet.
Even though here was an issue, my experience with motorcycle closeouts was great! I would recommend others to shop on this website.

Very easy and straight forward. Did think shipping was high compared to competitive sites.UPS DELAYED DELIVERY BY 3 days because as they put it;
"Package was misdirected." Express shipping turned into very slow shipping.
Helmet turns out was ordered to small and has been returned. AJ in customer service rocks! She guided us through entire process. Will reorder from Motorcycle Closeouts again!

Everything was very good except those darn stickers on the helmet. Make sure you use a hair dryer to get them off. But be careful not to overheat the helmet. Why I ask did the helmet come with stickers that don't come off clean?
The helmet came in great shape. It fits perfect. I have not ridden with it yet.

Came quick. Was the wrong product. Needed Duncan lenses not Duncan Sport lenses. Due to no returns on eyewear I'm now stuck with Duncan Sport lenses...which is our fault cause we didn't notice there was a Duncan Sport...just thought the "sport" part was a general statement, per say.

The vest I received is very good quality and sewn very well, it is however not the same as the photo that was shown when I purchased.
The inside pockets are not actually constructed for handgun conceal carry, they are just inside pockets.
Don't feel the description was accurate so I really didn't get what I wanted.

I liked a lot of your products, however reading the return policy had caused me to lower my score across the board. I'm sure you have your reasons for it but it seemed overly difficult when I compare it to other sites that have an easier return policy. Other than that, awesome experience.

The leather jacket was just as it was described in the ad. The sale price was incredible ($99) for a jacket that is EASILY $300+ elsewhere. Very good experience and I will be shopping on this site again!

Good price (better than I could get elsewhere, but not a great discount), reasonably quick shipping and good tracking (Amazon Prime is the comparison which I think is great and you guys were close so that's good). I also appreciated the PayPal integration. As answered above, I'd buy from you again.

Everything was great, but shipping seemed a little expensive. I would prefer to pay a few dollars more for items if shipping was included. Then I wouldn't be shocked about postage at checkout. Otherwise, totally cool!

First helmet was too small even though I measured my head several times and used the size chart provided. I am out $16.60 to return the first helmet. I hope the second one fits. Otherwise I feel it is a good price for this helmet.
