Overall experience was great! Just the product itself I am still trying to figure out something with it. At 50mph and higher it creates a whistle, and the front airflow port does not close completely. The front port will also whistle if the port is attempted to be closed. Other than that I really like my helmet.
I was glad to find the product I was looking for from a company located in the USA. Everything else similar was not real leather, was shipping from China and would have taken almost 30 days to get here. I paid extra for expedited shipping and the item I ordered arrived the very next day. Thanks for being a company that's still located in America!
The shipping process was pretty slow. Other motorcycle sites ship their products with in a day of receiving the order and normally offer free shipping over 50.00. I had to wait over a week to get my order which is pretty slow today.
Everytime I called I was assisted by a knowledgeable and pleasant man. I screwed up and ordered a helmet that was too small. Sent it back and I have a size large coming my way. Excellent customer service. Many thanks, Steve Meier, NJ
Your site works out standing on my mobile phone that's why you got my order. I was going to place my order yesterday after I placed a different order but the shipping was too much I went ahead and placed it today because of the $* shipping deal.
No doubt the price is good but the delivery was too slow and when I followed up on my order to check delivery date, the individual I spoke with was not able to tell me where my order was or when it would be shipped and followed up with "You chose the shipping and it will get to you in 7 to 10 days." Rather rude I say. You had my money from the day I ordered the product yet I was treated like I owed you something. Not good

I have now received my Shoei helmet, and I must say that my transaction with MotorcycleCloseouts was perfect in every respect. Shipping was ultra fast, and the helmet was well packed, being double boxed. The helmet was a perfect fit, following Shoei's chart on head/helmet size. I give MotorcycleCloseouts my very highest rating, and sure hope to do business with them in the future... Chuck
Helmet I ordered (size large) was too small although I have owned 3 prior helmets of the same brand (hjc) in size large that did fit. I have requested a return authorization which according to your info usually takes only 2 days but I have yet to receive the authorization and it has now been 5 days since requested
I am new customer and pleased with website ordering. I wish there could be less shipping cost or at least a minimum order amount to get free shipping. It would also be nice to be able to track a shipment.

Had some problems with the website, but nothing major. My only disappointment was in finding out that the free shopping that I qualified for was still going to take two full weeks, so I paid for more immediate shipping anyway. I wasn't thrilled about that but the price was great and the combo deal was great so I would still shop again. Thanks for asking. Item can promptly and was as promised. Overall I had an excellent experience.
My order arrived within a couple days! The pants were well made and had all of the features listed. Unfortunately, they didn't fit like I wanted. I need pants that will fit at my waist and these were lower than that so I had to send them back. Returning them was easy. They were not refunded 100% and I had to pay shipping, but I was ok with that.
Loved the helmet and gear I got. The speed and strength jeans look awesome and same with there boots. My shoei helmet is sweet and you guys had it 200 bucks cheaper then anyone else! Only problems I had was had to re order my helmet cause didn't charge me the first time I order it and the one boot buckle isn't locking right but going to get another buckle sent out to me I'm hoping.
Return policy is terrible. I dont mind paying to have a product shipped to me, but I do mind paying to return a product where the manufacturers sizing table is way off and then having to pay shipping a 3rd time to have the replacement item sent. Ended up spending $30 on shipping which turned a $77 item in to a $107 item. Save your money and shop at Revzilla or Amazon. They offer free return and replacement shipping. As much as I like the pricing from Motorcycle Closeouts, if you are buying something that requires sizing, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
Don't expect to choose basic shipping and get your purchase in just 1-2 days. Status updates showed the 1 item in the order was in "packing" status for quite a while, then all of a sudden the package showed up. Delivery was within the time frame indicated for the lowest cost shipping option, but they used all the time allowed.
Excellent price, quality, and design! We love the helmet. Not only did we get a newer, flashy style, but we wanted to upgrade our safety rating with the ECE. My partner loves it and we couldn't be happier!
So far...so gooI was totally surprised when the order arrived. It was complete and only 3 days from the order date. It was as if they were located across the street from my house. YES, I was very satisfied.
