Website told me that my order didn't go through, there was an error. I went to try and go back and it says it went through. Uncertainty is not a good thing when using a credit card.

The order did end up going through, and I received it in a timely fashion.

I had no problem fining the thing i needed i hope if i have to return anything its a easy as it was to order.

I need to return one of my items and i don't know how and i wrote and have not here from anyone can someone please help me?

Was looking for rain gear. I did a Google search and your website came up with the exact item I searched for and $30 cheaper than all of the others, except for the shipping fee (so about $20).

The time between placing the order and when it shipped was a week and no communication on its progress is my only nit pick. Once it shipped it was quick and received in good shape. Very happy with the coat. This was my first order and will use again if time isn't an issue.

Reasonable price, quality is high, but battery was dead (wouldn't even hold a charge). Sent wrong replacement part. Still waiting for right one...its June 26th now and still can't use my Father's Day gift. That being said, they have been very kind, understanding and pleasant as we work through the issue.

I haven't had any particularly great experiences, nor have I had any bad experiences, so I'd say my 3 and 4 star ratings are fair, given my experiences so far. I appreciated the price discount compared to other retailers, but after looking around a little more, I did find less expensive options.

Wouldn't let me enter size the first twenty times,finally did and then I was able to complete order,time consuming but worth it for the savings...thanks! In addition am considering second helmet purchase,
I've never worn a full face design before and am waiting to see if I can acclimate!

Ordering is pretty straight forward. Shipping took a little longer than some other online retailers. The helmet I received was too small. The size on the sticker was correct, but the helmet was at least a size too small. This is strange, because I tried on that same brand, model and size helmet at a local shop and it fit great. Now I have to return and get something else.

The Kabuto Kamei is the most comfortable helmet I've ever worn. It's a round/oval which fits my heads shape. No pressure on the temples and I don't have to wear one size larger to fit. Thank you for your great service and pricing.

I always wear a large or with some products, perhaps an extra large. Just to be safe with this product, I purchased an extra large which, to my dismay, the product is way too small for me. Obviously the sizing charts depicted by this company were inaccurate!

The helmet shield was exactly the same, except for the small fittings. I will be returning the item, but fortunately, with the help of your service people, I was able to find that you have the exact shield I need which i've already re-ordered from your company.

Website very user friendly. Shipping a bit high but you had the product I wanted in color I wanted. Would have liked to see a picture of the product prior to order. Taking it on faith to be correct based on description.

Items were a great deal, but to get free shipping was $100 more than all other sites I checked before, luckily the actual cost of the helmet made this site cheaper. The shipping was good, it was 5 days and came the exact day I needed it the. The helmet and gloves look and feel comfortable.

Placed 2 separate orders, had issue with 1 and needed to cancel. Customer Service was very responsive, and refunded my payment immediately. The order that I kept was for a Shoei RF-1100 with extra face piece. The helmet was absolutely outstanding, customer service was terrific, and i would recommend MC Closeouts to everybody. This was my fist time dealing with them, and I'll be back.

Your services were great and shipping was done quickly. I mailed back the item about a week ago in order to receive in store credit so I could exchange it for a different size.
