I ordered a pair of transition sunglasses. They arrived promptly and well packaged. I use them heading to work when it's still dark, and arrive in the glare of the rising sun. These work great the whole trip in.
First purchase. Unfortunately the 1 pc. Leather suit didn't fit. It was returned and my money deposited into my Motorcycle Closeout account. I hope to find another 1 pc. Leather suit before the racing season begins.
I was a little unsure about helmet size and was afraid it might not fit. I did measure and followed the online size charts prior to ordering - an essential. At first I thought it was too tight when it arrived but when I read the manufacturer's recommendations,I realized it was supposed to be that snug.
The process was generally good. However, I had hoped that you accepted Amex. The price for the rf 1200 is one of the better that I have found. I will give further feedback once I receive my order. Thank you.

Loved the price and selection... I wish that in the description it said that these t shirts were cotton /polyester. I don't like cotton/polyester they are to warm and clingy. I was hoping for 100% cotton.

As a new rider I was worried I may be purchasing the wrong products for my needs. You made it very easy to shop and size my stuff I can only be very satisfied and will use your site for all of my needs
For some riding shoes, cool looking, good price, only down side is they're a tad narrow, or I have fat feet.
The only issue I had was with Google filling in the blanks on the order info section. There was a glitch with the website that prevented the day and night numbers from being completed so it rapidly cycled through them and wouldn't let me input a password so I had to go back and manually enter all of my info.
I ordered a very specific helmet that I wanted and they had it in stock at a great price and delivered to me quickly.

There isn't always what I am looking for in my size or preference, but usually I find a comparable item and the pricing is almost always unbeatable. Out of all the orders I have placed, I have only had one item arrive damaged and when I contacted customer service they replaced the item without any hassle. This is why I keep returning to the site.
Purchased 2 Bell DLX Qualifier helmets and needed to change the size on one of the helmets after making purchase. E-mailed customer within 24 hours and they responded immediately and made the size change

The Helmet came in 2 days late and it showed delivered on the tracking when it was Not delivered. The bottom cushion on the outside has clear damage. I did not complaint because it was a good deal but it's not right to send damaged product.
Very quick shipping and the item was packaged very well.
I got a great deal on a nice jacket and everything was in perfect condition.

I have been requesting a password change so that I could place an order. After at least 3 pw change requests and filling out a customer service request form and calling customer service I finally had to create a new account.
Website very slow. Had to try 3 times to buy jacket. Also, the day after I purchased my jacket, I noticed that you were no offering the matching pants for approx. $59 if purchased together with the jacket. I sent an e-mail to your company asking if I could purchase the pants for the additional $59 it would have cost me had I purchased the two together the day after I bought my jacket. It is now about 2-3 weeks later and I have yet to receive a response.
I found it necessary to return both the jacket and pants that I ordered. Both were too big. I would have preferred to have an ability to exchange for a smaller size, but the only option is to request a return authorization, wait, return items, wait, and then re-order, hoping the replacement item is still available.

This is the only place I was able to find a really great deal on the Bell RS-1 for 199.99 in a size large. All other retailers sold it for 399. I appreciated the deal so much I decided to spend extra to get the SOLFX shield as well. I found your link though google search via the shopping tab. THANKS!

Answer: While we're sorry Deanna had a poor experience, our website is indeed "for real"! If you look around at multiple review sites, most show us having very good ratings, overall. The biggest problem people have is with our return and refund process, which is clearly explained on our website. Exceptions are only made if we ship out the wrong product - that is, not the one you ordered. While some people find this too strict, the margins on closeout merchandise are simply too slim - most other companies won't let you return closeout items at all. We feel like that's quite acceptable, considering you can get gear from us for 70%+ off retail price!
