Site's a bit cluttered, but still easy to navigate. No free shipping till your cart hits $150. That's a bit high, but the prices are still the lowest I could find. And shipping was super fast. No complaints.

As mentioned the gloves ran at least 1 size small. The gloves didn't fit and I will be returning them.
I was not sure if I would like the Icon stealth boots and worried about the sizing. Pleased to say all is well. I ordered a 9 and the size is perfect and the fit very comfortable. Looking forward to using them soon.
Service and shipping through Motorcycle Closeouts was great as usual. I Am returning the LS2 helmet as sizing is not consistent in the brand. Yes I bought an LS2 helmet before and used same sizing chart but it was much to small even on a larger size.

I found your site through Google. You had the best price on the items I was looking for, except the pants someone else had them for a little cheaper. I didn't want to order from multiple sites so I decided to pay a little extra
I haven't ridden very much at all in the last 6ish years but my dad wants me to race a few national enduros with him next season. To get back in to it a needed a some gear and so many choices and such great prices.
I ordered a Alpinestars Koln Drystar size M, which turned out to be much too small and so I had to return it. In order to return anything you must first get an authorization, which took another phone call and two days. Then, the store does not cover shipping costs, and charges you another $10 for restocking.
The price was great for the product, but the return policy is cumbersome and takes too much time. I would only buy again if I was 100% sure that I would keep whatever product I was purchasing.
I had a question, but waited the recommended time period and still never received a response. I could never get anyone on the phone, BUT I continued to shop and actually found an item that worked better and no questions. I will be back to shop again.

Some of the instant menu displays covered up what I wanted to look at. All in all, this website is not mouse-friendly. I'm just glad this checkout content blocker is the only mandatory content blocker on the website so far.

Boots are very tight, even a size up from what I normally wear. Have not been able to really try them out.
Was easy, smooth good price, good quality garments i wear today to work. Where i leave temperature was 28F and the jacket and pants handle very well the gloves too just a little cold in my fingers tips and toes (perhaps i need a xtra socks) otherwise fit me well and looks cool too.
The size was way off. Very disappointing. Had to return with two options. Take another $10.00 hit of a refund or take a store credit for something else. I took the store credit so I hope to find something else. As I said when I ordered the item, "hope it fits" I guess buyer beware when ordering clothing.
It's a good company. My wife was not on the account but it was her card. So somebody called to see if it was legit and put her on the account for the future. It was no hassle and it's good people are looking out for what is right. It maybe delayed it some but I don't mind for a reason.

Answer: While we're sorry Deanna had a poor experience, our website is indeed "for real"! If you look around at multiple review sites, most show us having very good ratings, overall. The biggest problem people have is with our return and refund process, which is clearly explained on our website. Exceptions are only made if we ship out the wrong product - that is, not the one you ordered. While some people find this too strict, the margins on closeout merchandise are simply too slim - most other companies won't let you return closeout items at all. We feel like that's quite acceptable, considering you can get gear from us for 70%+ off retail price!
