The size was way off. Very disappointing. Had to return with two options. Take another $10.00 hit of a refund or take a store credit for something else. I took the store credit so I hope to find something else. As I said when I ordered the item, "hope it fits" I guess buyer beware when ordering clothing.

It's a good company. My wife was not on the account but it was her card. So somebody called to see if it was legit and put her on the account for the future. It was no hassle and it's good people are looking out for what is right. It maybe delayed it some but I don't mind for a reason.

Because the prices on your website are so appealingly low, I broke my personal rule not to order clothing online because of the hassle when it doesn't fit... and that was the case with my Olympia Airglide Overpants. Give your high $$ limit for free shipping plus the cost to ship back -- and the ding for restocking fee -- I'm out more than $25 with nothing to show for it. So I'm not sure I will go this route again.

The "don't leave" popups come up when I'm browsing which is super annoying. Otherwise, great site, great graphics, great prices, great people, communication was great. Gear arrived when they said it would, was all in great shape, well packaged. Will definitely be back.

I ordered a youth helmet for my daughter, it was easy and quick. I expected it to take about 3 to 7 days to show up at the house, WRONG! It was at the house 2 days after I ordered! All of my order was present and ready to go! I was very impressed! I'll will continue to use motorcycle closeout for my cycling needs!

Ordering was quick and easy. I really appreciated the phone call the following day to confirm my shipping address and the email I received to confirm the delivery as soon as it hit my doorstep. The website isn't the easiest to navigate, more filters or easier ways to sort search results would be very nice.

I ordered a helmet and when it arrived it was too tight on my head. I requested an exchange and I was able to swap out the too small helmet for one that fit. The whole process was pretty seamless, I got what I wanted and the price I liked and I'm one happy customer.

Actually would rate the web site equal to Amazon. It is easy to understand, easy to view and easy to order. They allow for follow up on orders and contact emails in response to delivery. Highly recommend...

I ended up returning the item for a size smaller exchange but other then that the item is nice. I did try to cancel the order the same day I placed it but was unable. That option would be nice as long as it hasn't shipped..

No problems, quite easy to navigate and lots to choose from. Got the Black Brand Primary leather jacket, size large. I'm 6'2". 175lbs and it is a perfect fit. It has shoulder and elbow armor, 2 zippered vents front and back. Absolutely beautiful jacket. Got mine on the insanity deal and you wont find a lower price anywhere.
