Ordered in November. Didn't receive until January. Didn't get title until March. Speedometer broke, bearings were bad, barke pads had to be replaced immediately, bad spark plug. I've only got 400 miles on it and I've spent as much money fixing it as I spent on the purchase. I called Moyobuys over 30 times as well as sent emails and the only thing they did was send a new speedometer. Refused to refund, would exchange if I took it back apart, re crated it, and shipped at my own expense back. Now I am having to replace a broken piece of the frame, a dry rotted air filter hose, and I have oil leaking. I called Cajun Maddog and they sent me the bracket I need the same day free of charge and called me back that day to verify they were sending the right part. I would rather drive it to the dump and set it on fire than to ever deal with Moyobuys again. The only reason I don't sue is because the crappy bike isn't worth the time or legal fees. Do yourself a favor. Buy from anywhere else. If I do ever get another one, it will be from Cajun Maddog.
Purchase a new ATV will not start keeps blowing fuses had to replace the starter cell in the week twice. They will not return my phone calls and they will not respond to my emails very bad company to deal with.

Update: received a voicemail message however my unit has not been repaired or replaced nor have I received a call back again. I purchased the extended warranty to avoid issues beyond the 3 month warranty all to no avail. Avoid this company.
- Purchased a kids dirt bike and extended warranty in Feb 2023 RPS60. Runs fine when running.
Have had 3 issues, missing parts after shipping, kick stand which broke when bike was parked, weld case loose cheaply done, and recently battery holder gave loose similar to kick stand poorly done. I can live with the poor quality of the bike but the customer service is the worse I have seen. For the initial two items took weeks to get someone to respond and then action. For the recent battery holder issue I have emailed 5/6 times and called with absolutely no response. DO NOT Buy anything from them that requires Customer Service.

Ordered an ATV for my grandson's 12th birthday to be delivered to him in Texas by 9 May 2023 (I live in Florida). Also paid for assembly since my son is not mechanically inclined. The ATV arrived on time but lasted two days before the hub holding the rear sprocket broke. At first we blamed my grandson for hitting a rock or something. So my son filled out the parts request online on the Motobuys website and never heard back. You can't get these guys on the phone and they don't respond to VM's or emails! So I went out to Texas to visit my son this past weekend and see if I could get the ATV up and running again. Upon examining the broken hub and the two remaining bolts it was obvious that the bolts holding the rear sprocket to the hub were never tightened. The threads were worn off where the bolt goes through the sprocket! We ordered and received a new hub from Coolster and when I removed the chain to put everything back together I noticed the drive sprocket on the engine output shaft had no locking plate and was just sliding back and forth the on the output shaft! Rather than go through the frustration of trying to contact an actual person at Motobuys we ordered the locking tab and screws from Coolster and now have the ATV running properly. And we STILL have not heard back from Motobuys regarding the initial request for a sprocket hub! If you buy an ATV from Motobuys beware... you might get it delivered quickly but it will not be ready to ride until you have a mechanic inspect it... and you definitely will not get any support from Motobuys after the sale. Buy your ATV elsewhere.

Sent the wrong 150cc trike. They refused to exchange without charging $600 shipping and 15% return fee. Then the Throttle stuck on start up knocking the owner, a 83 yr old disabled veteran to ground. To make things worse, the kill switch and key switch didnt shut it down. I had to put my hand over the carb to kill the engine. Rear hub is loose, fuel gauge doesnt work. They refuse to call me back or answer my emails. Called for 3 weeks. Dozens of calls and emails. Zero response. Completely unexceptable. Motobuys, if you read this dont leave a generic response with your email address. I have been emailing for weeks. Look up the order # and call me back. Sp*******.

Received my order with over 30 extreme and unique cosmetic defects, cracks, bent items, broken items. Only offered touch up paint as a resolution. Bottom line when finally get Customer service to answer an email by threatening to refuse delivery, I'm told nothing affects the performance of the vehicle and although it's 2 years old, it's still a "new" vehicle with only cosmetic imperfections. Yeah, 30 of them and they're not just paint chips. My item came in a dented bent up crate with 4 inch bends in the crate. The guy who spoke with me literally laughed in my face like inwas a joke. Insulting and degrading. He should be fired on the spot and I should receive a 10% refund and replacement broken parts as the only fair resolution. Now on to BBB site to file my complaint

I purchased a simple pit bike. I was immediately displeased with the power of the unit. It has trouble with hills. If you are on a smooth straight road and you open it it, the engine backfires and the few times I did go full throttle. It would backfire and one time is stranded me 1/2 mile from my home. So disappointed...
Bike came with the card completely out of tune! They were no help whatsoever! Had to have someone adjust the carb, ran fine then back to the same thing runs wide open! Back to the shop! Worst 1000.00 dollars I ever spent! Their customer service sucks, they were very rude! Don't buy moto junk! Piece of crap

I ordered the bike completely assembled, paid extra for the assembly. It got to me very damaged. I have tried countless times to call and email customer service, and nobody exists in the company. I paid over $2000 for a bike that I can't even ride. I have to pay $500 extra for a local bike shop to fix it. Please please please please don't buy anything from this company. I sure will not ever buy anything from them again...

I bought two 125 four wheelers for my grandkids. It did take a little longer to get here but everything worked out. Both were delivered with no problems. I will say they are packaged very well. They are difficult to put together and I was really surprised of the quality. Bob in the sales department was extremely helpful with everything. Now I'm looking into a 150 cc scooter.

Purchased my son an almost $4,000.00 quad that is the biggest piece of crap. Brake cable was too long so front brakes didn't work. Called and got the info they wanted and after everything they wanted a picture. Cable got thrown away on accident and still haven't received a new one. Battery sucks and constantly have to charge it. Fan broke. Have tried to call them numerous times and never get a call back. Submitted them to better business bureau and contacting a lawyer. Do not buy from this company. Of course all of the reviews in their website is good.

This has been a nightmare! Ordered a gokart for my grandson for Christmas Dec 10,2022, arrived damaged (not their fault) however, I am still emailing and calling to find out where my replacement parts are. Leaving messages, calling and getting answering machine literally for months with no response. I finally got a human this morning March 21,2023 and he explained they were busy and it clearly states on the answering machine that it may take a while to respond- Gave 1 star because the cart is pretty cute but still un useable. Maybe before summer my grandson will be able to use his Christmas present. Sad
