On Sept. 21,2020 I wrote that I would like to return my purchase as I was very unhappy with it. Taylor responded in a few hours and issued a refund. I very much appreciated Taylor's quick response and resolving of my problem. Indeed a pleasure doing business.
I purchased the Samsung Level Bluetooth headphones. They came quickly. It was a set. One of them didn't work. I contacted the company and they promptly responded and are replacing the broken one. I am very happy with their prompt response and nice customer service.

Everything I've received from you I have loved. When I received the last item it didn't work. When I notified customer service they immediately refunded my money and told me there was no need to return item. Now that's great service! I would recommend MorningSave to everyone!

I am a service snob, grew up in a Nordstrom / Estee Lauder culture, where service standards are super high.
Morningsave is one of few companies today with great quality and diversity in product, excellent pricing, and shipping is fast and consistent.
Morningsave will fix any issue or problem, though I seldom have one... immediately!
You NEVER have to worry about returns or exchanges.

Out of the many items I've purchased through Morning Save I've had issues with 2 products. That's less than 1% of what I've purchased. Their customer service is above and beyond! I've always gotten a quick response and they've always been quick to make things right. I ordered a purple comforter from Morning Save. It was not the right shade of purple (yes, that's true!). I contacted Morning Save via email and received an answer very quickly. It was resolved! And all I had to do was ask. Jordan was helpful beyond my expectations. I will continue to order from Morning Save in the future because of their exceptional customer service (Jordan). I will also recommend Morning Save to my friends and family.

We purchased a Copper Pro Smokeless Indoor Electric Grill from Morning Save. When it arrived one of the handles was unattached. The screws had become loose and one had completely fallen out. Both screws holding the handle were stripped out. I contacted Morning Save and representative Teighlor immediately began working with us to correct the problem. She sent a new grill to replace the one with the faulty handle. Morning Save not only has quality products on a user friendly website at hugely discounted prices with quick secure shipping, they have excellent customer service. I cannot praise this company enough! I have made 2 purchases for hair style items. BOTH were as described, as was the manufacturer's price and Morningsave's asking price. A &300 item in the company website was $ 29 with MorningSave... FOR REAL.
I had an issue with being able to use another item and I got complete satisfaction from MorningSave. This company gets my highest recommendation.

I wish I had done some research before ordering from MorningSave. I ordered 2 items, both of which were very poor quality. Additionally, the one item was more than twice the price being charged at Bed Bath & Beyond! I realized that I made a mistake before the one item was shippped, so I tried to cancel the order. They refused, despite the fact that the item had not yet been shipped - it also did not arrive until after the original delivery date. I would never order anything from them again.
Never saw anything on the website indicating you are stuck with the purchase if it arrives and you don't like it. No returns for "change of mind." Purchased the MKF collection purse. Have never seen anything so cheap looking and cheaply made. Will never use them again and since I'm unable to return the bag, it's going in the trash. I wouldn't dare give this as a give to anyone.
I called myself cancelling the $5.33 monthly charge. Yet Morning Save keeps taking money out of my account and has even done it twice a month.
They never respond to my emails. I will try them again.
I am sure Steve Harvey and the other morniing programs who brag and push Morning Save would not want to be a part of a company that steals from people!

Too many negative reviews. Will not order from Morningsave.com. Most reviews were unable to get a refund or replacement for damaged item. No phone number to contact customer service. D+ rating with BBB. I cannot rate since I will not order. Very disappointed; since promoted on the Talk and Steve Harvey.
I am very impressed with the customer service at MorningSave. The item I ordered apparently got lost, and when I contacted customer service, they were extremely apologetic and sent out another item free of charge right away. Jackie in the customer service department went above and beyond. And they even followed all of that up by providing me with a coupon on a future order. Kudos!

Had to order another pair of earbuds because the first set was defective. Bottom kept popping off and lost sound in one. That being said the customer service would get a 5 star. Taylor took care of problem and in a timely manner.
