I already sent two email messages-no response. I bought the Trym II and finally opened it up and it doesn't work. I would like to know how to handle this. It's a shame that your products are defective. No 1-800 #, no response from MorningSave. I need some answers. Please respond back to me. This is definitely not good for business according to the reviews.
At first, i thought Morningsave are not caring and difficult to reach and work with, but i was proving wrong. The representative assigned to my complaint Ms Brittany went above and beyond to rectify the problem with my lost order. I was in awe and very pleased. My lost ordered item were replaced, and she kept following up with me to check if the shipment was received. Once again, thank you so much ms Brittany, and thanks to Morningsave as a whole. I really appreciate your help and support.

I order Solar Garden Lights, when delivered the package was damaged and 2 of the items were missing. I emailed Morningsave and Taylor was the representative that assigned to my concerns. I ordered a couple of items and was very satisfied with my products. Unfortunately, one of my items had a small defect. I contacted their customer service department. Not only was the problem resolved immediately, the customer service representative, Taylor, handled everything in a kind and professional manner. I was extremely impressed by the way this company handled my concern in such a timely and stress-free way. Very happy with the resolution of my issue and will definitely remain a customer.

The solar light were so cheap that the metal holders were bent; several of the lights were broken and the box that they came in was totally wiped out in delivery. Do not waste your time on this cheap stuff.
Quick response to my concerns. I thought a package had not been delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was advised of the steps to take to find it. Actually my husband had put the item in our huge basement without telling me.

I had an issue with a product I ordered delivered defected. Although I didn't know if they would stand by what was sold, I was pleasantly surprise to get an email from Taylor at trustpilot that my issue will be fixed to my liking. It fix was done quickly with no problems. I will definitely order from MorningSave again knowing I will have no worries!

I loved my Nicole Miller puffy coat, but the zipper broke right away. I notified morningsave.com and they very helpfully issued a complete refund right away. (I have not seen this refund quite yet, but am confident they did, indeed, issue it promptly).

Delivery was very quick! Love all my items; the SoundFloat is amazing, and the Acrylic Knife Set is great and looks good on the counter. I ordered the wrong size on some dog collars, and they sent me directions for a refund immediately! Will definitely order from "MorningSave" again!

On the bargains. And they ARE bargains. I hate shopping so I do it online. I only order what I need or wanted on the past and just didn't follow up. I order from our giant (A) and Morningsave and have only had one item misdirected to Texas. I live in California. So I'm waiting on an order that was actually a birthday gift. BUT the prompt customer service I received is the point. When I can't get a response, whether it's favorable or not, I get testy. Stuff happens. Things go wrong when you're ordering online but to he ignored? I'm not having it. So KUDOS to Megan, who responded to my query about the late arrival of the gift.

Excellent product and service. I had an issue ordering multiples and the staff response was wonderful and quick. Kudos! I ordered the Shark Ion vacuum and absolutely love it. My mother was so impressed she also ordered the Shark Ion vacuum too... All your products I've ordered are top quality and haven't had any returns. Love the site and do use it. Only thing I wish would be free shipping and faster processing/shipping. Took a little over a week but not everyone is Amazon and has the staffing for that so I understand and am not complaining. :) But if I had a wish - that would be free shipping esp with multiple orders. I don't want to pay the $4.99 a month fee as my purchasing isn't always monthly. Highly recommend the Shark... my house has never felt cleaner. Amazing little thing gets a lot of dust and dirt. Thanks for having the savings site... I'm hooked.

Purchased vacuum cleaner (shark)
Vacuum quit working within 6 weeks. Going off and on repeatedly.I registered for the "warranty". I called shark, they ran me thru attempts at finding problem, when that didn't work, they told me the warranty was only for the "dustcup"? Really? Also said I didn't buy vacuum from them, and had to deal with morning save.
Was told by morning save I needed to purchase a box to ship back. Not sur why that expense should be mine? This is my first experience with morning save, and it will be my last. Also disappointed with SHARK, who knew the warranty is limited, and the store selling was responsible problems. Why register a product with them?

I looked into your case. It appears we refunded the damaged hose, and then offered a pre-paid label to return the vacuum. Unfortunately, we aren't able to pay for a new shipping box.

I was pleased that the Bluetooth headband earphones arrived so quickly and was easy to set up. I did have an issue with the speaker on the right side and contacted MorningSave. They were not able to give me a replacement because they were sold out but gave me a refund and did not require me to return the product. I was hoping for a replacement but was happy to get my money back. I received prompt wonderful customer service.

Been shopping here for many years never had an issue with any of the products up until this point. I contacted customer service and they were very quick and decisive with her decisions on refunding the purchase price. The best thing about it is I did not have to return the product so I did not have to hassle with going to the post office and repackaging everything.
