I've been doing business with Meh, and it's affiliates (Side deal, Mediocritee, MorningSave etc) since 2017. They have great and at times hilariously quirky array of products. Customer service is stellar. It's more than just a commercial website. It's got a great community who keep me laughing but also provide real information and reviews on their products. One of my favorite products from Morning save has been the Nuvaglo bee venom serums for my face. It works wonders on my skin. Would highly recommend both the company and the product.
Gave a friend a back massager that to outr shock and my embarrassment, was made in 2007. That's right... a 13 year old product. When I tried to return it, they wouldnt pay for shipping due to "buyers remorse" or "change of mind" returns. I wonder if it's still under warranty? Had I bought it from Amazon, it would have already been replaced.
Had a problem with the pressure cooker that I purchased. I reached out to them and I got a quick response they refunded the amount and I didn't have to send cooker back which saved me time and hassle of going to post office.
Now that's a great customer service!

I was overmedicated after having major surgery. The next day when I realized how many items I ordered and the cost. Taylor did everything humanly possible and downsizing the extent of my order. I personally have found Morningsave to save me when in need of a gift for either a family and or friend both male and female as well as any household related purchases. It has helped me find that perfect different gift every time. More importantly, their response time to my questions / concerns has proven to be nothing short of professional and corrected within 24 hour return of my 1st inquiry! I received a text message from my daughter saying that she was going to be getting an exploratory surgery done on her colon. So I removed the Puck Bluetooth Speaker from the box, & connected it to my cell phone because I was getting ready to take a shower. That way I would not miss the phone call from my daughter that I was expecting. Needles to say I didn't get a phone call from her. But when I checked my phone it was showing a missed call from my daughter. This Puck Bluetooth speaker didn't even make a sound when she called me, & it prevented my phone from ringing.
Ashley W., is a great employee working with the Morning Save crew. She's very professional, polite, caring, considerate, & understanding. I'm happy that I'm a Morning Save customer. She refunded the money that I spent on the Puck Bluetooth Speaker without any problem.
We purchased a Nurxiovo Stand mixer, two months later started to have issues with not reaching bottom of bowl and not start up. Morning Save refused to help at all even enough to provide company contacts, which are not available on Internet.
All these TV shows need to stop promoting this business. I brought an item that doesn't fit my camera, returned it and they refuse to give me my money back and had the nerve to charge the $2 monthly fee. I'm fighting with my bank now. What type of business doesn't do returns or adleast a credit? RUN!
I bought an item that was damaged when it arrived. I contacted MorningSave. I interacted with Bethany. Due to family emergencies I was unable to get it back in the mail right away. There was not a problem. I kept them updated and they were so understanding. I will buy from them again!

I ordered something from morningSave but never received it. It was sent to an address that does not exist. I emailed them and at first they were responsive until I asked for either a refund or the merchandise be sent to me. At that point they completely stopped replying to me. VERY disappointed!
I purchased an amazing gift for me and it broke. Morning save is willing to replace this for me no charge. I'm very excited with my purchase and many more I have made. Best service here on returns and exchanges. Thanks you I plan on definitely continuing to purchase more in the future.

First time customer and was very impressed with customer service via website/email. Speedy acknowledgement and resolution to damaged storage containers. Caitlin was awesome! She apologized and says unfortunately would not be able to replace item, but a refund was issued immediately.

I receiver a pair of ear pods and one ear pod just didn't work no matter what I did to wake it up. So I reached out to Morning Save and because of the pandemic they were long in responding to my requests for either help or return. I finally got Taylor Mercatalyst who first suggested something I'd already done to correct the problem, which didn't work. So, Taylor got back to me a day later apologizing and refunded my purchase. No more questions asked! I like quick friendly service. They came through... just a bit slow on my first 3 requests.

The company was great to deal with... merchandise arrived in a timely manner and price was amazing. I had an issue with something not working correctly and Chad walked me through the steps... when all else failed I was sent a new item! What a pleasure working with him. Saw the company and products on Steve Harvey... will order again.
I'm upset cuz when I ordered my dash cam the directions and picture inside the box does not match what I got. The screen of the camera looks like it had been used. Due to the dullness of it and scratch marks. I'm also upset because the price was not as high when I looked at it online and then clicked purchase go to checkout. It was almost doubled that came out of my account period if anyone can help me I need to know how to return it and how to get a refund. The picture shows places for example where the on and off button should be or the TF or if card slot mine does not match what the directions show. Also the price taken out of my account was a lot more than what I saw
You cannot beat this company's customer service. It has to be the best around. They are willing to help however they can!. They take care of any issue you have and usually the same day. Would highly recommend and prices are pretty good too!
