I came thru this agency and can speak about it first hand. To find your soul mate and partner in life its very hard. In most agency's, they are making money on dreams of people. Owner Michael of Mordinson, who also is manger is a very honest guy, that is hard to find on this market. I am satisfied in 100% and Ill recommend not just to my friends Mordinson agency, and also to my kids ( when they grow up)
This agency its not just a pictures and letters, its max protection for both sites: if you want a wife - Michael, double checks her records, before putting her on his web site. If you want a husband - He will double check the man, if he really can take care of this girl and is not on drugs. He is a real person, to who you can call thru skype and talk to him. I don't know any agency who will take care of you and support your back

The Mordinson agency is great. They're honest, up front, and really take care of you. I met my wife through the Mordinson agency and highly recommend it. Kharkiv is also a wonderful city to visit and experience in its own right. If the Ukrainian culture and history are interesting to you, Kharkiv will deliver! My experience in Ukraine and with the Mordinson agency is the result of several dreams that were achieved at the same time. This site and marriage agency company which is family owned is a failure at times when it comes to customer support or service response. They have been known to be contacted in the past by others and not respond back when contacted.

Spam advertising has also been known to be acquainted with this site from others.

Also as well some have stated that there is a case for prejudice especially in their advertising projections from the site which excludes other ethnic groups from being actually projected on the site's advertising. Their method of exclusion of other ethnic groups especially in their advertising content gives them a very low grade along with the customer support failure and spamming as already mentioned above.

I found Mordinson's genuine and responsive. But guys, you must work on yourself before you come. The ladies don't just fall into you lap because you show up. You must work on becoming a strong man, and understand the language and cultural differences. If you do not, failure rests squarely with you.

I am Hispanic-American and met my current woman through Mordinson recently. I can honestly expressed my great experience with this agency and Michael was part of this journeymaking the process easy and transparent.
The girls are real and genuine. I faced no discrimination, or rejection because of my ethnic background as others described for whites only dating agency. As a matter of fact, Ukrainian women were attracted to me because of my exotic color.
I cannot stress it enough, Mordinson is a trustworthy company and working with Michael and his team will change your life. He is not just a dating coach but a life coach! I did my due diligence when choosing an agency and Mordinsons was the best.
Michael screens the women on his site with great attention to sincerity.
Everything he promised he provided. The apartment was great as was the location.
After I met Sofiia and we began dating Michael continued to be extremely helpful even though he wasn't making any money from us.
His sister helped Sofiia with her English and made the time we spent together much more enjoyable.
The comment about racial bias is completely idiotic.
Kharkiv is predominantly white other than students from other countries.
That means the women that ask to join his site are going to be white.
Michael is honest and cares about his clients and reputation.
You cannot go wrong with mordinson.

I am so glad I used Mordinson Agency. I had GREAT dates with all the ladies, unfortunately, I had to choose 1. I did and I am SO happy. My stay lasted 24 days which I used Michael's apt after my tour was complete. Always ready to assist and answer my questions day or night. Very very clean apts. The whole city was super clean and the people are so understanding and friendly. I know NO Russian language. Luckily Michael took me to buy new phone and assisted loading goggle translator. Please use Mordinson if you are serious in finding a wife. These ladies are serious and so loving. I wish the best for them all. Max, Alla, and Michael are truly amazing and I now consider them my extended family. I love them for helping me find happiness. Words can never express my appreciation. It is hard to believe that it was seven months ago my journey to find my future soulmate began. The decision to go with The Mordinson Marriage Agency was not one that I took lightly and was the result of a great amount of fastidious research to find the marriage agency that was the best fit for what I was looking for. Beginning with e-mails to Michael and progressing to phone calls, it became readily apparent that I had made a great decision. Michael was very quick to respond, was great answering my questions, and was patient with me as I finalized my decision to take this next big step in my life. In April of this year, I formally joined his agency as a client. I can say with 100% truth that Michael is one of the most honest men that I have ever met. Over the 3 months that I was a member of the agency Michael Mordinson took care of me and did things for me that he did not have to do. He helped with so many things before I arrived and was waiting for me with a smile when I walked out of baggage claim in Kharkiv. When I left the United States for Ukraine I was only a client of the Mordinson Agency, but now I am part of the Mordinson family.

Michael was there the whole time for me no matter how busy he was. I learned so many things about the women there from him and it helped me so much. He also will not let you feel alone if your special lady is at work on your visit, so do not be surprised if he asks you to go for a walk to see the sights.

The way the agency works is absolutely excellent. They find like minded men to meet like minded women. Michael is in the middle to take care of everything and he works his butt off to do that. Michael will point you in the right direction of how the Ukrainian woman thinks and what she expects. Your success is based on your ability to show the woman that you are a gentleman and a leader. Those are two of the most important things that a Ukrainian woman wants, so if you are lacking in any of those areas you had better improve or your success will suffer.

I have never traveled outside of the United States and Kharkiv was my first and I am a simple man that has lived in the rural midwest all my life. When I was in Kharkiv I never once felt unsafe or out of place, other than the language barrier which is expected no matter where you travel. I had a very successful trip there and I met the one woman who appreciates me and holds my heart. Michael has changed my life for the better with his services.

I will close this review for anyone thinking about this endeavour with some advice. First and foremost Mordinson is a real legit agency in a world were there are so many scams out there. Secondly, the ladies are looking for a man that is family friendly and a gentleman. The Slavic woman is very faithful and hardworking, but if you just want someone to clean your house and do everything for you then your better off hire a maid. Michael told me something when I arrived that I will never forget and will put into prospective the thoughts of a Ukrainian woman. " The Ukrainian woman's morals and values are what the American woman's where in the 1940' and 1950's". That was a very strong statement but I found out that it is completely true.

I finally made my trip to Kharkov and it was an extremely positive experience from the moment I landed to my last day in Kharkov. Now it's between me and the lady to decide our future, but we have been doing great so far.

Mordinson is as genuine as it gets in this business. The apartment that I stayed in was large and extremely clean in a safe area. I always felt safe when walking around late at night. And oh, I guess I failed to mention that I am "brown". The claims that the agency can be racist is an absolute joke!

If there is anything that I could say that could be improved, it's that the apartment needs a microwave to heat up all that awesome food you can get from the bakery below.

Anyway, good luck guys! Don't be afraid to use Michael's services.

I am a current client of Mordinson and if like me, you stumbled on this page and you are wondering about the negative reviews, based on my experience so far, I can confidently say that they have a hidden agenda behind it.

Dealing with Michael has been an absolute pleasure so far and he is a very honest man. For example, I made a small money transfer to test the bank transfer payment method and while I thought it was going to be stuck in limbo, Michael acknowledged that the money was received as soon as he found out. I could have easily forgotten about this transfer as the payment was not significant enough. He credited that amount towards the package cost of my visit.

The women he represents are also honest and they are completely free to reject your introduction letter if they are not interested in you and Michael will let you know about this.

Yes, his services are not "cheap". But cheap is a relative term in this regard and he works across the week until pretty late in the night to have your letters translated both ways (for the women who doesn't speak English). There was no upselling or forcing to buy services as he always asks you to discuss this with the lady.

I live in the UK and I almost always get a response to a query from him within minutes. Perhaps it might be a bit slower for US customers due to the time difference.

Next month, I am looking forward to meeting an honest young lady that I have been writing to for the past month and if you are still unsure about using Mordinsons services, I suggest you do a google search and decide for yourself if the negative reviews have any meaning to them. Just keep in mind that this is all between you and the lady and that Michael is just a facilitator, so there is no 100% guarantee that things will work out for you. I am sure you will come to the same conclusion I did.
