Mordinson is the ONLY honest agency doing this type of work in my opinion. Of course I was skeptical, as every man should be. After reviewing many agencies over 3 years, comparing the costs associated with each one, the way that the business is run, and the legitimacy of the ladies. The other thing that persuaded me to use this agency is the customer service that they provide. I would rather have one on one meetings with ladies that I have chosen, meet them for as long as it takes to understand them and not for more than 15 minutes at a table with multiple women and play Russian Roulette with hundreds of women at multiple tables during a social with 25 other men present competing for the same lady. The structure for Mordinson is perfect, it is personal and you are in control of your destiny, not the Agency. You have the opportunity to send an introduction letter to multiple ladies describing yourself, your work, your likes and photos of yourself to get the ball rolling to see if there is any interest from all of the ladies you choose. Personally I sent introduction letters to around 7 ladies and only one was interested, and that is how things started for me. I considered selecting a new group of ladies but after our communication started to develop, I knew shew was the one.

Michael spends a lot of time with his clients and will give you pointers and answer any questions that you may have to be successful, if you are unsuccessful it is due to your attitude, personality, and your own faults in the way that you view and understand women. Do not go there looking for a trophy wife to put on a pedestal to make yourself look good around your friends and family, that is not what this business is geared towards. It is there to help you find someone that makes you happy, to spend time with, that has the same interests as you, you my friends are in control of the lady you choose. These ladies are honest, you still need to figure out their personality and how they live. If there is something that you absolutely do not like and cannot compromise to accept a lady, then she is not for you. I suggest meeting more than one woman when you go there using this service. Personalities differ and everyone is unique. I took a chance and met only one woman. We had been communicating for over 6 months, and YES, it was her letters and she proved that to me, Michael only translates them. We also did video chats, which I feel is the most important thing before going to Ukraine and meeting them in person. You can tell by their body language and live conversations with them if they are fake or not. I am happy to say that I am happily engaged to a wonderful woman, and the Visa process has begun. I am no spring chicken, I am 50 years old and overweight and was successful. It also has to do with your personality. I have been to Ukraine 3 times since June of 2021 to be with my lady and form a bond with her, to get to know her better, to understand her, to see her lifestyle. She will also get to know you. There are pros and cons with everyone, I don't care who you are, keep an open mind and compromise your likes and dislikes with each other. The other thing that I will suggest is keep your political views and religious views to yourself. Everybody has their own beliefs and views, these are not something that should influence how you see or react or condemn others, if it is, you're a hypocrite.
For the cost, MORDINSON is the most reasonable and most honest service that you will find in Ukraine. Michael will provide everything as promised the rest is up to you and your attitude! So if you leave a negative review, it has nothing to do with Mordinson. It is about your insecurities and your personality that leave you feeling negative with a bitter taste in your mouth, or you are working for a competitor trying to discredit this Agency. Like I stated in my title I have been to Ukraine many times as a tourist initially. I have been to the North, South, Crimea, West, Central and East where Michael has his family business. He puts his family's name on his business. This you NEVER find in Ukraine. Especially among marriage agencies that 99% are scammers and only try to get your money. I have read some negative reviews here and I'm shocked to read such LIES and Garbage written about him. Calling him a racist!. I am HISPANIC (orgullosamente Latino) and I have been treated with kindness and respect 100% of the time. If I needed something I would call him or send him a message through Viber and he would answer me within minutes. I never felt I was on my own while I was on his city of Kharkiv. These SCUM of people writing negative reviews I'm sure are the competition that are desperate to discredit him. The ladies he has in his website are hand-picked and less than 30. They are NOT gold diggers. Half of them are divorced with a child that are eagerly looking for the right man to form a loving family. How do I know this? Because I have dated them? Not one ever ask me for money or ask me to take her to the most expensive restaurant in Kharkiv. I as the MAN decide where to take them and how much to spend. They only care if the woman is beautiful as she will generate a lot of money on the FAKE letters these agencies make up. YES is TRUE. You never write to these women. These agencies hire contractors and pay them by the letter. Just makeup letters and tell men they are writing to the women. With Mordinson is totally different. You do write to the ladies and when you visit them you ask them about the letters and they answer everything correctly. With the Big Corporation agencies, YOU NEVER write to the ladies and when you want to meet them they INSIST that an Interpreter be with you at all times (For the safety of the girls. BULL $#*! SCAMMER AGENCIES). With Michael, half of the girls can write in English and the other half can't write in English so Michael translates the letter. But when you visit the lady and you are alone with her you can find out the TRUTH. She did write the letters to you. The difference is Night and Day. I used Mordinson for 3 months and in August I visited the lady I was corresponding and we felt like we were soulmates from the very beginning. Now I started the Visa process and hopefully, soon she will be my wife. NOT ONCE she has ask me for money. NOT ONCE! I recently returned from Kharkov Ukraine, more specifically having experienced a very pleasant time with Mordinson's Marriage Agency. I would like to give you a detailed account of my journey to help you make the most informed decision possible.
This was my third trip to Ukraine. The first trip was with an agency, not in Kharkov. The second trip was to spend time with a particular lady I had met on my first trip. This was not a pleasant experience. I will not spend time speaking ill of them; all I will say is that it was an education and I believe education costs money. Even before my first trip, I spent time getting scammed with letter writing, chatting, etc. I was contemplating giving up at some point; but I am glad I didn't. Having all those negative experiences really prepared me to appreciate the good experiences with Mordinson's.
Michael Mordinson is one owner in this family owned company. I consider him a friend, so throughout this review, I will just reference him has Michael. I did my due diligence prior to engaging with this organization. During my initial call with Michael, I discussed women who may be what we have come to experience as scammers. The first thing he said to me was "Steven, this business is more than just a business it is my family name. We would not jeopardize our family name like that. If we suspected that a lady was less than genuine, she would be removed immediately." Good to know I thought. This was the first glimpse I saw of Michael's integrity and character. This would continue to be reinforced with each and every subsequent encounter I would have with this man.
The process begins with letter writing. This is not the letter writing I had experienced earlier with scam agencies. You submit your introductory letter to each of the ladies you would like to speak with and eventually meet. You are notified shortly thereafter of the ladies who are interested in communicating with you and those that are not. This is very valuable. You do not waste time either with ladies who really aren't interested in you or who you will never meet. There is no bait and switch here; as long as the lady doesn't choose another man prior to your arrival and it is mutually agreed upon, you will meet the lady(s) you have been communicating with. The letter writing was pleasant for me and I had really good conversations with the ladies.
Around a week prior to your arrival, your schedule is set up with the ladies. Upon your arrival, Michael meets you at the airport and takes you to your apartment. It is a very nice apartment behind a locked gate with 24 hour security.
Ok the dates begin! This is where things are very different from what I previously experienced. Michael is ready to act as a translator if you so desire. However; what he told me just prior to the first date is that he will translate if I wanted, but he recommended that as soon as I am comfortable to dismiss him so I can begin to communicate directly with the lady. I am comfortable with the Google translate app. ( you'd better be too if you plan to come over here). As soon as I met with the first lady, I dismissed Michael and did not use him on any subsequent dates. Everything was fine as two of the ladies spoke elementary English and one spoke advanced English. One lady did not speak any English. I also dismissed Michael immediately with her. We used Google conversation and had a very pleasant hour and a half date. We laughed a lot and really enjoyed each other's company. I was able to flirt with her and it was well received. I walked away from that date with a greater amount of self-confidence thinking here I am, halfway around the world communicating effectively with a lady who does not speak my language, nor do I speak hers. It was fun!
Something to keep in mind also is that the ladies can request at any time to have their profile removed from the website. That can mean several things. It can mean that she has decided to focus on you or she has decided to focus on another man. It can also mean she no longer wants to be affiliated with the agency.
Also, I want to mention that these ladies each of the ones I met were actually prettier in real life than they were in the photos on the website.
Something to keep in mind if you have never embarked on this journey and are seeking an international partner - the biggest misconception is that you just come over here and choose a wife and live happily ever after. If you are serious about this process, you will spend capital both financial and emotional. There are many traps and pitfalls in this arena; I assure you that Mordinson's marriage agency is not one of them. If you think that any fees associated with Mordinson's are expensive or pricey: I invite you to engage with any other of the "marriage" agencies throughout Ukraine. I think of paramount concern is value, much more than cost in any area of life.
Spend some time and do your own due diligence. Build your network of quality and trusted individuals. You won't be disappointed.

It is anyone's right to leave a genuine review either good or bad if that's exactly what they truly experienced BUT is another thing to write a bad unsubstantiated, untruthful and lie about what you're talking about. It's very sad that there are people who are still so shallow minded that they would attack someone like Michael and his company with lies about his services. This guy and his team have been working their buts off to help western men find heir soulmates in Ukraine, Me Included! And they're good at it if you're also serious!

It is so disheartening to hear people like Edward I, Gustav R, Omega R, and Dan A attack Michael when it is clearly evident that the have an Agenda behind their reviews! They even recommend their own agencies, who know how much they've been paid for their bad reviews! Mind you guys, people are not naive or stupid, they can see through your thick reviews that you're not honest but bitter that maybe you didn't find anyone or maybe it's because you have never even be a client at Mordinson's!

I was a client of Michael Mordinson mid last year, and if you look closely I'm sure you can tell that I am a coloured man! African Australian to be precise! To talk about racism just because you don't like the Michael or because you didn't find anyone is just so low... come on, stop throwing around the race card, it doesn't work! (by the way, the Latino guy can answer about racism too you know, why not, anyone can?)
I am very sure that I was communicating with genuine ladies and Michael was kindly translating these letters correctly, why am I saying this? Because just like the other guy(Heinrich) said, there were times when I made few mistakes or left something out of the letters and it didn't make sense, Michael would not assume anything and send it to the lady, he would send me a quick email to clarify or even sent me a text message!(where in the dating industry would you get that?) When I first communicated with Michael of my intentions to look for a wife there, he clearly explained to me my chances and the stats, so he never kept it a secret that I might find it harder to find someone because the ladies haven't met and dated a lot of coloured men in Ukraine, So I was aware but I want to do it and I am glad i did. It was the best decision I made. I would do it again if I had the chance, only because of the top class service I received while there.
I was never in any way made to feel discriminated or prejudiced at all the entire time I was there. Michael made me feel so welcomed and his team also did the same and I will always feel grateful to them the experience I had. I know that Michael matched up another African American guy prior to me going there so I'm sure there are some ladies who are interested in coloured men. Just like in any other western countries we all come from, not all women are attracted to coloured men and that's fine. So don't go around accusing Michael or anyone of racism there when your'e probably the one with a problem. It is fine if you want to tell readers of your experience but you don't tell lies to people by saying dishonest and untruthful things about the Mordinson agency, if you didn't have a good experience, then that's fine you can put an honest review of your experience BUT don't lie and exaggerate and try to score points for the Competitors. The way you have put these negative reviews here shows how dishonest you are, it's all biased garbage because you're not genuine in relaying their experiences. They are just bitter and full of hate, and trying to use anything including racism to score points, you haters are really trying very had to bring down Michael but deep down you know it's not going to work because the truth will always win. Probably some of these bad reviews are from people who've never been Mordinson's clients in the first place.

The entire time I was there, I had the best experience and even going into the shops, I had no issues at all. Michael gave me a tour of the city and some monuments during the times when my lady was working, He made sure I was looked after and on the days he was busy, I had the privilege to be assisted by his sister with translation and all went well as far as the entire service is concerned. I'm very happy today because of the dedication that Michael and his team put in to service me, and I know that the way I was treated is what they live by and I am very grateful.

I would like to end on a positive not for all genuine men out there looking for a true service to find your genuine other half, Check Mordinson Agency for yourself. Give Michael a call and talk to him about what you're looking for and what are your options. Then you can make a decision after your conversation. I respect someones right to leave bad reviews in cases where its legitimate but these seem to me to be much more than that. As in they look to be from a COMPETITOR and 2 others with a political AGENDA. I usually dont bother posting on these sites but judging from my experience with Mordinson, the 3 negative reviews are so inaccurate and unfair that I have to set a few things straight. I dont like seeing someone being slandered unfairly. Michael Mordinson has put his heart and soul into his business and runs it with pride, integrity and respect for all. Heres my story:

Im in the US and met Michael when I used his agency in late 2011. The experience was nothing short of excellent and I remember that I told my dad regularly how pleased I was with the agency's responsiveness and honesty. It not only inspired me in my own business but I also met my wife and have a beautiful baby girl and another one on the way next month. The agency translated continuously for months (and without complaint), planned and translated for us on our first date, assisted me in buying her a ring, provided my wife with English lessons, provided me lodging and advice of the area. And even helped my mother-in-law fill out paperwork to visit us years later. My wife still goes to them on occasion to polish up her English via Skype lessons. The Mordinson agency was there 100% of the time for any questions or concerns I or we may have had. We are very pleased, it couldnt have gone smoother for us. As a matter of fact, my first trip to Ukraine where my wife and I met was one of the most exciting times Ive ever had!

But back to these biased reviews. I cannot disagree more with anyone who actually personally attacks Michael or his agency. Its one thing if you strike out (which happens) and want to tell people of your experience but its another thing to try to pollute other peoples minds with these over the top reviews. One guy even listed where you should go instead? COMPETITOR The racist thing is total garbage too. In my opinion people throw that insult around way too much these days, its hateful, unnecessary and really gets old and tired. And on top of that, its not even true! Dont you have anything else to say!? Any kind of intellectual argument? I wouldnt even give these reviews the time of day, its obvious something sinister is behind those.

To those of you that are legitimately looking here to find an opportunity to meet someone without worrying of walking into a scam, Mordinson is absolutely safe, helpful and trustworthy. I tried them because I felt uncomfortable with the feeling being projected from some of the really big agency websites. It turns out that my instincts were correct and I made a very good decision. I made use of Mordinson's services two years ago and I can honestly say that Michael Mordinson is an open and honest person and there is no scamming taking place in his agency.

I met my wonderful fiancé (Julia) through Michael and we will be getting married in Kharkov in November this year (yes, in one month). I initially wrote introduction letters to 20 women and communicated with 5 women and eventually focussed on just one. Michael is an extremely sincere and honest person and went out of his way to help and support me through the process. He even notified me of mistakes I made in letters I wrote to the ladies so that I could have the best chance of success. There is no way that any of the large agencies would even take the time to inform a client of mistakes.

I did an enormous amount of research on Ukrainian marriage agencies and scamming for almost a year before I decided to make use of the Mordinson Agency. Mordinson is a small company run by Michael and his brother and sister and Michael went out of his way to answer questions, many of them late at night and even over weekend. Other agencies would not even do that.

On request, Michael also allowed me to contact some of the former clients and their Ukrainian wives in America and through several personal skype sessions with these former clients and their wives I realized how awesome the Mordinson company is.

The women I communicate with were all very sincere and kind hearted. I can confirm that I was never, at any stage, asked by any of the women for money or gifts or anything. In fact it was the other way around. The gifts I received from my lady from the start was astounding. My fiancé only makes a few hundred dollars a month in salary and she would go out of her way to spoil me with gifts and taking me to the ballet or circus or outings to the zoo or museums. In the Western world this would not happen.

In terms of racial issues. It is absolutely untrue that Michael is a racist, in fact he is the least racist person I know. He is an incredibly wise and tolerant person and welcomes all races from all countries, but he is also a realist and will tell men from other races that it might be more difficult to find a match. He will also tell men that are over 55 years of age, or that are obese, that they have a very small chance of success. That being said, Michael has matched a black guy from US with a stunning lady last year, so the guy who says that Michael is a racist has no idea what he is talking about.

Michael will accommodate a gentleman if he feels that he has a good chance of having a successful outcome for the guy. If Michael knows that there is a very slim chance of success, he will tell the guy upfront. For instance, Michael very rarely takes men above the age of 55 as clients because he knows that the women that have come to his agency are generally not that interested in men above 55 years of age.

I can just conclude by saying that Mordinson is a small, reputable agency that gives quality attention to clients rather than focussing on quantity. It was the best decision of my life to go and search for my other half in Ukraine and I am happy that I did it through Mordinson.
