I ordered jewelry and it has been 10 days and I have not received it. They state 3 to 5 business days. I have sent multiple emails and they reply with an automated response. Im very nervous I may have just lost 250$ due to their inability to respond. Stick with typical stores or amazon.
I ordered some beautiful pieces but unfortunately in the wrong size. Moon Magic and especially Khristina had been so helpful and efficient in keeping in touch and offering the best of customer service. Will definitely be back! Their jewellery is so stunning!

They basically stole my money and continue to give me the run around! I ordered myself a ring for my birthday. They sent me the completely wrong ring. I had to jump through their hoops to get it sent back to them. I provided them with a tracking number. I wake up this morning to an email saying that the package is still in pre shipment and that they haven't received it. I type in the tracking number and it clearly stated that they DID receive it! On the 20th. I am so very disappointed with my experience with these people.
I was excited to receive my ring as a gift for Christmas, but after wearing it occasionally for only a month one of the stones fell out. Moon Magic wouldn't do anything for me, except offer a discount on purchasing another product. It's unfortunate that they do not stand behind their prodcuts

I ordered 2 rings, one had black spots on it that wouldn't go away. I contacted customer service and they sent over a replacement free of charge, but new ring did not look at all like the picture (I asked for rose quartz, the stone wasn't pink in the least) and the band also had black spots on it.
I'm convinced everything they have in stock are cheap fakes from China. I can get prettier stones for less than $10 at any crystal shop so I'm having a hard time believing this is anything but an utter scam.

Avoid! Poor rubbish quality. We've had 2 rings from them, the first became miss-shaped as we left it in the sun on the window sill... in England contacted them and they replaced free of charge except I had to pay the delivery. The 2nd one lasted 6 months before a stone fell out and it again became miss shaped from what I can guess was body heat... they wouldn't replace it this time but offered 50% off but I wasn't going to waste any more of my money. Please don't waste your money and use another supplier.

I bought my daughter a ring back in April - not super expensive, but not inexpensive either - $90 for four months. It broke about a month ago (prong broke and she lost the stone) and they have a 30 day warranty. If you are planning on buying something from them, don't. I just want to keep another person from being scammed. Is Magic Moon a legit company or a scam? My mom bought me this beautiful moon stone ring for my birthday, but she forgot to choose the correct size. When it arrived it was so small I couldn't even fit it on my pinky. So I reached out to customer service via email to see what I could do.
The person I was emailing with her name is Marijana. She was amazing helped me select my correct ring size even offer to ship it free of charge. She even let me keep the small ring instead of returning or exchanging it. So i gave the smaller ring to my sister as a gift.
My new ring was on it's way and within 3 days I got it. I love this ring!
The customer service provided by marijana was amazing she responded back on a timely manner, answered all my questions and made it easy for me to have a good experience through the purchase!

My partner had informed me that she liked the jewellery from their store and wanted specific earrings. After browsing the products, they appeared to be good quality. Upon purchasing, i have received an email to say i had purchased a necklace and not the earrings. After repurchasing the earrings and receiving both products, they appear to be dull and smaller than expected. Proceed with caution, photo editing managed to get me.

A story for you. I married my ex husband 5 years ago. We went through a lot and divorced 8 months later. I had a beautiful Neil Lane $8,700 ring. Well, we never let each other get to far and now we're getting married again. I would never spend that money again and I believe diamonds are beautiful but a little overrated. I saw this ring and fell in love. My expectations weren't high. With the ring and band it came to a little over $100. When I tell you I opened it and cried, I am not lying. 1st ring bent within owning it 2 months it was out of warranty. I blamed myself but the 2nd ring faded after 1 month of wearing it. Sadly in this time I purchased the 750 moonstone ring. I returned it right away with insurance on the package. They refuse to respond to me until I contacted the BBB. I am fighting the charge with paypal as well. Still waiting on the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a Moonstone ring at the start of November for my friends Christmas present. Paid over $120 for the ring and shipping to AUS. Within 5 days of her opening it for Christmas, the stone had fallen our and the "silver" was discolouring. I contacted the company as soon as the ring fell out, but because I am out of there insainly short 30 warranty period, they are offering my NOTHING! No refund, no return, their only suggested is a buy an additional ring at a discounted price. Why on earth would I want another ring of such poor quality. The company is corrupt, and the quality is appalling. Theyre customer service took over 12 days to respond to my first request.

They delete any bad comments so people get tricked into buying their items. They are so cheap and look like they buy them from Ali Express. Don't be fooled, save your money and go to Pandora or something... also, if you ask for a refund YOU have to pay for shipping or they offer yu an extra 15% off. So it's really disapointing. Super cheap, not shiny, and im pretty sure all of the good reviews are fake. Not worth the money at all. DONT BE FOOLED. They may pay a lot for marketing but you are getting scammed.

I've wanted to buy a Moon magic ring for so long, and when I saw the Better Together bundle with Queenly, I was sold. Sadly I must have mis-measured and when it arrived, it was too big. However, a quick email to customer services put me in touch with Hristina, who went over the returns procedure, and sorted out a replacement. This arrived today and fits like a dream. I'm in love! Did not listen to the poor rating on this... I should of... the ring is super pretty... too bad it only lasted not even a day... I noticed rose gold fading on the first day of wear. I was very careful about it too. $80 for 1 hour now it is completely dull after wearing for 2 days.
Here is comparison of what rose gold is supposed to look like after 2 days of wear...& and moonmagic ring after 2 days... So disappointing.
Ordered and paid for a ring and earrings on 3rd November. Was told the next day that earrings were out of stock (why sell them then?!), so I asked for ring to be sent separately as needed it for wife's birthday. Several emails and TWENTY THREE days later my order has STILL not arrived. My wife's birthday has passed. This has caused me stress and upset my wife. Shocking service, unprofessional, uncaring, uncooperative and inept. I'd never buy from MoonMagic again and recommend you avoid them too. My complaint is still ongoing...

Moon magic is a scam
Moon magic is a scam. Bought a necklace ring and earrings about a month ago They refused to send me my order and are now ignoring my request for a refund.
Do not spend your money here they will SCAM you.
Here is the newest update. It has now been two months. I've received no product and no refund. As a matter of fact they are only willing to refund 10% of my money. So theyve sent me no product and are now going to keep 90% of my money.

2 weeks ago I placed my order. The company took my money and gave me a delivery date just like normal. Two days before my order was supposed to arrive I get an email saying before my order will be shipped they need a picture of my Identification and debit cardto verify my purchase... But they've already taken my money. Shouldn't verification take place before you charge my card? So this company has my money and is now refusing to send me the product I PAID for.
I've emailed several times and have been getting no response... They still have my money.
My experience with moon magic thus far is nothing short of infuriating.
I purchased two sets from Moon Magic.
One set i wanted to exchange for a larger size and the other set i wanted to return and purchase one of the rings separately.
However the return process was too complicated. You are instructed to email their customer service and when you receive their instructions you are expected to return the item with 7 days of receiving the email.
You also have to pay for the shipping on your own. I admit their customer service is decent at getting back to you but honestly it is too much of a hassle.
The rings themselves did not look what they were priced at. Quality was not there.
Take your money and purchase from a different site.

I've waited a few months to write my review and I'm still soooo in love with my rings! I kept debating on whether or not I wanted to purchase rings from Moon Magic for the first time and finally bought the Moonstone Nymph ring! I was so impressed with the quality and it still looks beautiful!
I initially had a small issue with one of my rings and the customer service team was incredible! They resolved the issue with no delay. Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
