The raw moon stone is absolutely beautiful and stunning. I love my ring
I ordered the rose gold ring twice. First time the ring discoloured like it was oxidised, so I contacted customer care who suggested to send a new ring. After a couple of months, the rose gold started peeling off. It's a shame because the stones are beautiful and the overall look is gorgeous. I really didn't want to leave a bad review since customer care has been great and the designs of the jewels are gorgeous but the metal is not gold and now I have two discoloured rings. The first image is of my current ring and the second is my initial ring. The oxidisation isn't clearly visible but it has spread throughout the ring, sadly.

I ordered a ring for my daughter's birthday and it arrived one week later in Ireland. Very impressed all round with the quality of the jewellery in person and the speed of shipping.
My boyfriend and I saw this site. He asked me to look at it, and see what I liked. I created an account and browsed for three days, I liked at a lot. Please note the past tense. I have never been so disappointed or frustrated with online shopping. Keith finally took the time to login and was going to pick one. Simple enough. He then texted me and told me that not only had the cart been cleared but my wishlist was also empty. That is really unbelievable. The cart, maybe. But the wishlist? I checked myself from a desktop and he was right. Isn't that the whole point of creating an account? When I chatted with the representative she was underwhelming and unknowledgable, suggesting I use an email share button to send him emails with the rings if my wishlist was totally empty. Right, because I'm going to send 15 different emails and overwhelm anyone like that. Any normal website or app, you create an account, you can access your items.
Call me crazy, but isn't that the point of a save for later option. I asked the representative if this was a common practice, again, she has no idea. Because I guess she doesn't own the business so she doesn't care. Let me tell you that my shopping experience was ruined in that moment. I told my boyfriend to just forget it and I started to cry. I will never login to moon magic again, and I will never look at ANY of their items. Any online shopper would understand that that was time wasted and an expectation was destroyed in that moment. If shopping was that upsetting, I cannot even think what it would be like purchasing any item from this company. I'm sure returning is a nightmare as well.
Online shopping is supposed to be fun and hassle free. When I shop at West Elm, if I shop at Neimans, Hell even if I shop at H-E-B the only time things are gone is when they are out of stock and even then, theyre never just gone. They're there to remind you, hey you wanted that, we don't have it now but don't forget it. That's just good business, I'm sorry.
They lost two customers today. And I liked their stuff so much, I would have been a lifelong customer. I can't believe how disappointing that was. I don't trust this company anymore, the whole thing is ruined.

I ordered a raw moonstone ring for my wife as the pictures were beautiful but hers looked like a piece of rock salt. Also they delete all the negative reviews they can. There are lots of unhappy customers but you won't know that because they're pretty good at hiding the negatives. I wouldn't have sold this to anyone.
Ordered my girlfriend this ring for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately it broke after her wearing it for less than a month. Because of their one month warranty policy, by the time I had ordered it, gotten it delivered and it broke, it had been over a month by just three days. When we reached out to customer service, we were hopeful they would replace their faulty product. They continued to tell us that our warranty was up and if we wanted a new ring, we would have to pay 50% of the new ring. We proceeded to explain how we were hesitant to spend more money on a product that just broke and is unreliable. They continued saying there was nothing more they could do and being very persistent about us buying another ring at 50% for compensation. If I were a business owner, that is not how I would treat my customers. I am very disappointed in the product and the customer service experience we had and we both will not be recommending this company to anyone.
If you want to have a traditional shopping experience of buying from a professional then Moon Magic is the best you can get online. Products very good and quality excellent. Customer service is like being able to go to a jeweller in a store. Really appreciate all the help I received with my order. Will definitely be buying more products in the future.

Would just like to say that I cannot recommend this company enough. I purchased an item on Friday 12th of March and it arrived in the UK to my home address on Monday 15th March although I had an issue when the item had arrived I emailed the company and within less than 24 hours it was all resolved and Inna has been absolutely amazing very caring and fantastic customer service, this has inspired me even more to use Moon Magic for the rest of my purchases, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness shown and compassion in a world that is currently dis regulated.

Delivery was unexpectedly given COVID circumstances, but the quality of stones and rings is very questionable... Even from the packaging, you could tell you were just scammed by social media ads and a nicely done website, in addition maybe they did it for customs declarations but on the list, they say the total package was worth about 12 USD, which is also another level of fishy and screams scams! So to everyone who did not buy from them yet and considering RUN!
The customer service is perfect. They quickly respond to my inquiries and are patient to address the delivery problem I met. Nice purchase experience.

I ordered Garnet -nymph, and when the size I got was too large, I asked for an exchange, even though there were some problems due to the local post delivery and Covid, the customer service was really really helpful, and the ring is absolutely breathtaking! I would definitely recommend moon magic and would definitely buy more jewellery from them!

I would give it zero stars if i could, ordered 3 rings and earrings unfortunaly. It is fake! And it looks nothing like in the photos! These are Dollar store rings! It is very cheap, the stones are cut looking too big, chunky and cheap and the band is just so cheap in every way! It looks shocking. The only reason i didnt return it was that i had to pay customs as well which i wont get back either and reading here i guessed returning it wont work anyways. I regret buying here so much!
To the company, you should think more long term.

I ordered a ring a little over a month ago and the tracking doesn't give me any updates since Jan 16th! I contacted customer service by email two weeks ago and they were no help at all. I can't do anything and my bank won't give me a refund because it's an international purchase. I'm seriously scared that I lost my money on this.
Everything was perfect from the time I hit the purchase button. I had a typo in my shipping address and Moon Magic quickly reached out and asked me to confirm. Along with that came great customer satisfaction. The product itself is awesome as well. High quality stones and rings! The shipping time was fast due to being in the same state as where the package was shipped from as well! All around I had a great experience purchasing from Moon Magic!

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
