I would give it zero stars if i could, ordered 3 rings and earrings unfortunaly. It is fake! And it looks nothing like in the photos! These are Dollar store rings! It is very cheap, the stones are cut looking too big, chunky and cheap and the band is just so cheap in every way! It looks shocking. The only reason i didnt return it was that i had to pay customs as well which i wont get back either and reading here i guessed returning it wont work anyways. I regret buying here so much!
To the company, you should think more long term.

This place is absolute $#*!. I was so excited to get my rings after paying $150. I bought two rings and they were both "14k rose gold plated" and it's suppose to be real metal. After just a few hours of wearing them. MY FINGER TURNED GREEN AND IT WAS SWOLLEN! AND the rose gold was chipped on a few spots. When I emailed them (cause that's the only reason you can get in contact with them, because again. They're $#*!) I got a fast reply the first two times UNTIL she asked for proof and proof was given. Then. Nothing. ALSO we paid $25 for 2 day shipping. Took 4 days. Not the biggest deal but after all this. It is. PLLEEASSEEE do not buy from here.

Delivery was unexpectedly given COVID circumstances, but the quality of stones and rings is very questionable... Even from the packaging, you could tell you were just scammed by social media ads and a nicely done website, in addition maybe they did it for customs declarations but on the list, they say the total package was worth about 12 USD, which is also another level of fishy and screams scams! So to everyone who did not buy from them yet and considering RUN!

I ordered a ring 1 month ago, and received it soon after, however I needed to exchange it for the same ring but a smaller size. They confirmed that they had received the ring I sent back and that my replacement was on it way. I still have not received any replacement and upon tracking I found that the package did not clear clearance at the airport in UK amd has been sent back to moonmagic. I have now been trying to contact moonmagic but my emails and requests are being ignored. I just want a refund at this point but they aren't even responding to my emails. Very disappointed in their service. I paid alot of money for the ring I ordered.

The customer service at moon magic is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend everyone to support such an amazing business run by a wonderful team!

I wanted to get a ring for my sister as a Christmas present, and I timed the order perfectly.
The ring was supposed to arrive on 24th of December, but unfortunately something went wrong and the ring either wasn't delievered or someone took it.
Either way, my problem was with the delivery company, and not Moon Magic.
I told Moon Magic what had happened and they were so helpful, professional and quick and they sent me a new ring free of charge!
The ring came in a record time and my sister and I were amazed at how gorgeous the ring is!

I have bought many items from this company. They are all beautiful and unique. On the rare occasion that there was a problem, it was resolved quickly and satisfactory.

Ordered the rings on December 6th. It is now the 17th. The tracking was last updated on December 12th in Carrolton Texas. Six days later and still no update on tracking. Notified Moon Magic. This was a Christmas Gift for my wife, Do you think they give a $#*!? Nope. The only reply I get is an automated response that the package is on its way. That's it. Moon Magic isn't even a legitimate store. I believe it is just an internet 3rd party vendor and being operated out of someone's home. Stay far away from them. They will not help you and do not back up their products nor shipping at all. It honestly wouldn't surprise me if Moon Magic was some 18 year old in Mexico. On their website it says all packages shipped out of Pennsyvanis. That is a lie. Mine was coming from New Jersey. It show it on the tracking. Stay far away from them.

No package
20 mails later no service
I have to call all the post office here in the Netherlands. The ring is not here
The ring is still in Amerika

Moon magic had to check it for me. Instead they tell me that i have to check it myself. I dont have a ring and no service or money back.

At first you'll love your purchase like I did then time will pass. I got an engagement ring from here less than a year ago and the opal turned a disgusting mustard yellow than im now embarrassed to wear.
We contacted the company and they agreed to ship a brand new one free if charge until we asked for a smaller size ring. They don't offer 1/2 sizes so if your in the middle you need to get it sized to wear! All of a sudden they said because it was sized they can't do anything for us! We even asked just for the stone to replace ourselves from a jeweler and they simply refused.
DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!

This company is a scam. Inauthentic cheap quality jewellery, my item took 7 weeks to arrive and once arrived the stone was clearly not a rose quartz, the 'stone' was clear. I requested a refund and was offered 15% which I was not satisfied with, so I took the piece to a local jeweller and they confirmed it was not rose quartz and not 14K vermeil. I went back to Moon Magic and told them I will be taking this further if a full refund is not processed as this item is not true to description- they processed the refund thankfully however only because I threatened to take it further as their items are not authentic as they advertise.

I adore my Moon Magic rings but this one came today for my birthday and I absolutely love it. Shine bright like a diamond. You never fail to amaze me! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

They aren't even deserving of one star. I purchased their Tear of Joy and Bonding Arc set from their diamond collection. It states they are 14K gold and real diamonds. They are not real gold nor are they real diamonds. This has been authenticated. I spent $1000 on cheaply made jewelry that tarnished black within a weeks time frame and the company is still telling me this is a natural occurrence with real rose gold jewelry and that it needs to be cleaned often. I've owned numerous rose gold rings and have never had any of them turn black and that with with daily wearing. They are refusing to honor their 100% 30 day hassle free return guarantee and have also blocked me on all their social media pages after I took my complaints to their Facebook and Instagram pages. Save your hard earned money and buy from a reputable company. This scamming company doesn't deserve a cent of it.

Every time I order from this website, something good is happening in my life, it is a kind of magic or maybe MoonMagic jewelry brings me more confidence, I don't know, but the first time I order the opal necklace and found a great job. The second time I ordered a moonstone ring and a few days later I have met my future husband! Our Wedding is soon and we are already choosing my engagement ring on MoonMagic :) I am in love with this brand!
