I purchased a 4 channel speaker selector from Monoprice.Com, a couple of weeks ago, and it came in promptly as promised. But when I used it to connect 3 different sets of speakers to my stereo system - first in a group, then individually - the sound was always distorted. When I went to disconnect the speakers some of the spring connectors fell apart. I tried to contact Monoprice about a return with repeated emails because their customer service phone has been turned off, I received no response. I continue to wait for an email response, since their website says an RMD is required, but am almost to the point of just packing it up and sending it to the return address on the package. Then I guess I will deny the charge on my credit card, but not sure how that will come out. I would welcome contact with a company representative, my email is *******@aol.com Photo loaded upside down, the broken spring clips appear below device, but I laid them on top.
Purchased a $700.00 projector mount that arrived damaged. Customer service first appeared to be ready to assist. Three weeks later, 6 hours on hold, attempts to chat live during their advertised hours for support, we are still waiting for resolution, AND $1000. 00 credited back to our credit card for a second unit we had to prepay, and returned the same day as it also arrived damaged.
I initially had a problem with my order around Christmas and was not happy about it. There were some emails back and forth with customer support. Monoprice (Paul) went above and beyond in my opinion to rectify and correct it. It was greatly appreciated and I will not hesitate to order from them again. Quality products at reasonable prices. Have recommended Monoprice in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you Monoprice and Paul.

Ordered 3 items from monoprice.com Items showed as being in stock. This was on 12/11. Today I get an email saying my order was canceled 12/17. Nice they were for a present now I only have a few days to find something else. Will not order from them again. Monoprice the grinch of Christmas.
I still have maybe a dozen ethernet patch cables in storage but I needed some 3m cables in black and blue so ordered from them. I JUST cancelled my order as a WEEK LATER it's still showing in progress with no ship date in sight as by customer services own calculations I would be lucky to get this by October. Of course Monoprice processed Paypal IMMEDIATELY and now (maybe 5 to 7 days) to get my refund ASSUMING customer service really did cancel the order and I don't have to go to Paypal and cancel directly. Next time just drive the 45 minutes to Microcenter.
I recently ordered gaming headphones with a microphone there, and everything was great. My order was quickly received, quickly shipped, the price was the same as the one specified by an employee of the company. Everything came in one piece, new, with a guarantee. Now I can't show enough excitement about my purchase. I can't tell you how happy I am about such good service and quality :)) )

Monoprice is the only place that I purchase my home theater cords. They have a massive selection and the prices are unbelievable! The shipping is fast and my items have always been received damage free. Why go anywhere else, when you can get the same thing at monoprice at a better deal!

I purchased my model price lightbox through Walmart.com. It unfortunately didn't even last a year. I did contact Mono price twice and the issue was resolved within two weeks. With proof of purchase and no questions asked they sent me a prepaid return label and shipped the replacement out that was received a week later. I used their chat via Monoprice.com the first time to see what I needed. It was difficult to find a live chat option and the chat window was a nightmare and took several tries to connect with high speed internet. Joseph was great once connected. I enjoy their products and hope the first one was just a defect but so far with their customer service I am very pleased.
I have dealt with Monoprice for 4 years. I began by appreciating their prices, but as time has passed I have also come to realize that they are extremely customer focussed and resolve problems (what few I've had) quickly and appropriately. I have used them for cables (many! I have had to use the lifetime warranty a couple of times, and both times it has been painess. Recently, an iPhone charger acted up, and they replaced it quickly and again without question.
To me, the low price is an attraction. The service binds me to them. Happily.
Ordered Subwoofer on Dec 22. Item was Allegedly in stock. After 4 days of chatting w Customer Service and 2 emails sent…Jan 5….still no shipment although item is Allegedly in stock. Have requested refund.

I purchased some merchandise last evening in error. They were closed by the time the order went through, so I could not cancel. I contact customer support the moment I get up in the morning asking them to cancel the order. This is less than 7 hours later and they refused to cancel my order. I asked for my ticket to be escalated to a manager but 8 hours later they ship the merchandise. You're telling me that nobody could be bothered to call someone in their warehouse to cancel an order over 8 hours?
This is why I have trust issues with companies I've never used.

I bought a Christmas item on the website for a family member. Four business days and a Saturday later I received an email saying that it is out of stock. I figured it was a email saying my refund was processed. Instead the money they took quickly for product they don't have will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days. Shady business practices, never again will they get any of my business.

I purchased an electric tea kettle, was waiting two weeks for delivery. After three weeks of use the cattle stopped working. I called customer service and have been told what the exchange/returns policy only two weeks, and I have contact the manufacturer ( which is located in China). In the end i stoked with the broken cattle. Stay away from this company!

I have been very happy with most of my purchases from Monoprice. Prices vary constantly, which is a bit annoying. But my biggest concern was with a product that I just can't get to work. I posted a review of what I have tried and what my symptoms are. It was on their site, and I assumed it would be helpful to other people. They took it down! How can I trust their reviews if they took mine down. How many negative reviews do they take down? Mine was fair, detailed, and didn't say that the product was bad, just inadequate for my environment. I am puzzled, and disappointed.
You won't find a better deal on cables. Yes, you will find cheaper prices here and there, but not by much. But with monoprice you know you will be getting a quality cable. The attention to detail is even noticeable in packaging. Connectors are carefully wrapped. Cables are wrapped in a circled and not end to end in most cases.
I've also got cord wraps from them and they were nice.
I also was happy with my TV mount. Not Thrilled, but happy for sure. The packaging on that was a bit weaker than some of their other products, but you actually couldn't beat the price for such a long arm. It is very stable, and is holding a pretty heavy older 42" panasonic plasma. Not one of these uber-thin newer displays.

The Minnie mouse I ordered was received broken. Could have been damaged in transit. Contacted the company and within 24 hours a replacement was on the way. The replacement work perfectly. Because if they have great customer service I would highly recommend Monoprice.

I have never failed to by satisfied with Monoprice. The comfort level of being able to rely on the products that are offered when one can not physically inspect them is tremendous. My most recent purchase was a Strata Sous vide device with no knowledge of the device or the process, and it has been a complete success. I have often referred friends and family to Monoprice.

I Love this over fireplace dropdown tv mount. The tensioner adjustment is a little confusing as to what direction to turn. But overall I give it a 5 star rating for the facts that i can watch tv while laying on my sofa in the over fireplace position ( or when the grandchildren are here in town) or eye level while sitting in an upright position.
I've highly recommended this to family members with the hopes that they will not hit me up to install it for them!

I feel like I have been scammed by Monoprice. Wrote support in Sept. 2017 about a warranty on a cable and they said someone will be in contact with me soon. Not a peep in 3 weeks so I write back in Oct. 2017. Still nothing and today is 11/19/17. I even wrote to their Facebook page with no result. Sure does seem like a scam to sell faulty products and not stand by the warranty if you ask me! Stay far away from Monoprice!
I purchased two lights from monoprice. Within the first year both lights LED light burned out, I got a replacement and then the new lights are now acting up again the same way. I called customer service and they said so sorry we cant do anything about it your warranty only goes on the first item not the replacement item if you want to we can give you a discount to purchase that item again. I do not want to purchase the same light if it breaks on me again within the first year of me having it. This will be the last time I buy from this company that does not care about its customers!
I have bought several cables from MP. A few of them got bad after months of use. The process of replacement is what you would expect as standard. RMA first then they replace. A few times I had to wait for the replacement product when they are not in stock. Overall a very good experience. Would shop again.

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
