I was so excited to find a great t-shirt for my guitar-playing, Cat in the Hat-loving daughter. A day after my order arrived, I got an e-mail asking me to post a review. I responded that I was sent the wrong T-shirt and that I would need instructions on how to return it and that I would need a prepaid label from them. The reply I got was asking me to send a photo of the wrong shirt that was delivered to me. The following day, I tried to email a response with the photo but the email was returned due to a full mailbox. I found a different customer service email from a prior inquiry and I emailed to that address. Same result, mailbox full. I tried both addresses again today. Both still full. Apparently, they get my money & I get the wrong product, which I have no use for.
I have ordered quite a few shirts a handful of times from Monk and have never been disappointed in the quality. Several have been given as gifts and I also have quite a few of my own. If I were to have any complaint it would be the high cost of shipping and the length of time it takes for items to get here.
I ordered a shirt in November as a Christmas present. It's Groundhogs day and still hasn't shipped. They won't return my emails, no refund, and no shirt.
I received no tracking number. The website has no phone number, so all correspondence has to be via email or Facebook Messenger. However, they seemed to have blocked me on Messenger, since my messages were not being delivered (I chose to message them via Messenger since they did not reply to my email). Eventually, I received the shirt in the mail, LATE, and the lettering on the shirt was peeling and had holes in it. I am in the process of a refund request, so let's see how that goes.
So far so good I have ordered a couple of things so far and no problems. Not bad service sometimes it takes a little long to get stuff but not too bad. I would recommend this website to friends and family like I said so far it's been good so far
You will be glad you have shopped with them! I bought two shirts, accidentally received the wrong size! Before I had sent the wrong size back the right size was shipped with an apology for accidentally sending me the wrong size! I will be purchasing from them again
I ordered this t-shirt hoping it wouldnt be like some of the others Ive ordered either to big or to little. Lucky me it fits perfect and the lettering is where its supposed to be. Ill be ordering from them again!
I ordered 2 shirts in April and never received them. I asked several times where my shipment was and they kept replying and just saying they will get back to me. After several more months I asked for my money back and they stopped replying and blocked me from messaging them. They refuse to give me my money back.
I ordered the Book Nerd with glasses shirt. It's much shorter than the size chart states. I emailed the company with pictures with the tape measure and company states it's the correct size. The shirt is ridiculous. It's like a belly shirt! Will never order from company again.
Great company to deal with. Good quality stuff. Very professional they stand with their work they are just a great company to deal with they stand by their word they are good customer service and they just know how to treat their customers
I ordered and paid for my tee shirts before Christmas, I have not received my tee shirts and have sent multiple emails requesting action but have had no response.
I was so happy when I found this company. I can tell you that my experience buying the Tshirts for my family outing was stress-Free! Perfect for a bussy mom like me. Absolutely recommend this website!
I ordered 2 shirts on 12/3. They took there money 12/21 no tracking number no shirts. I had to email 3x before anyone got back to me told me we are expediting your order you will have by xmas. That was 3 4 days ago still ko tracking info nothing emailed again nothing no reply email 2 no reply asked fir my money back no reply. Stay away its a scam. They will take your money and screw you over. Calling bbb next. I hope everyone in your company spends xmas puking in the toilet that all your relatives just used. $#*!s. You can get a tshirt anywhere on the net.
How sad this is for a company to do this to people... i placed an order back in Nov 2019 and like everyone else have not received my order nor have they returned my money (have requested my refund several times)... received an email stating my order was placed to someone else (i hope whoever it was has a good time with my order)... i also contacted paypal and BBB... DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I ordered my shirt (which is a gift) over a month ago and still have not received it. I've sent emails after emails and I've got no reply at all not even an excuse. Also told them to just refund my money and that's not happened either. I'll never order from MonkCentral again and you shouldn't either! They suck! Think I'll report to the BBB.
I ordered a tank top from Monk Central on March 10th. I waited over 4 weeks to get it. I finally received it on Apr 13th after inquiring about the shirt.
After I opened it, I realized it was misprinted in two places. I reached out to the support team and they said they would send a new one.
Now, 2 months and 4 requests later, I still have not received the reprint, or a refund and the team has stop answering emails to me.
Very unhappy with my experience, will not shop here again.
I am so happy with the Monk! I ordered the cutest t-shirt it arrived exactly when they said it would arrive such a good quality t-shirt and such a fun logo I'm getting so many compliments on it!

I ordered tshirt and tank top they were nice, and soft also. Make sure you pick the size you want for each item I forgot to do that on the T-shirt and they sent a small so I have a cute shirt that I can't wear but it was my fault not double checking before I ordered.
With so many great shirts it was hard to pick just one for my first order to try them out. I love my shirt, so sof and comfortable and it fits great! I've had so many comments and compliments and I've recommended monk central to several friends.
