I ordered 3 shirts for Christmas on 11/17/19 (plenty of time to be delivered before Christmas). Today is 1/8/20 and as of today there has been more than 10 emails sent to Monk Central requesting help to get issues resolved because as of current date there has been no product received and they have not refunded my money either. Out of all the emails I have sent them, I have gotten only one response from them. This was their response that came in AFTER Christmas about their products which were purchased to be Christmas gifts for family members:
"First of all, I'd like to apologize for the bad experience. We're working and doing our best to make your order reach by first week of January.
Most probably, you can expect to receive the tracking information in a few days.
We're coordinating with DHL, USPS and UPS consistently to make your order reach you on time.
We totally understand what it means to you. In fact, I personally sent a tee to my relative and the order is from the same batch as yours (I just checked).
I'm here looking into it all the time and I'm doing my absolute best to make it reach you on time.
I know this isn't your problem and is something that we at Monk Central should take care off. We are, trust me.
I'm just being transparent with you.
Please don't feel that you're being cheated, nopes, not at all. We're working day in and day out. Christmas time has been the best time of the year for every eCommerce company in terms of sales. And the shipping partners are having a tough time shipping the orders throughout.
You can expect to receive the tracking information via email. Doing our best to make it reach you by first week of January.

Today, I filed a complaint with the BBB. I wish I had had the mind to do a review search of this company prior to placing an order. It's a lesson learned on my behalf and obviously I am not alone based on the many reviews that have been left here. These folks are thieves!
