I was so excited to find a great t-shirt for my guitar-playing, Cat in the Hat-loving daughter. A day after my order arrived, I got an e-mail asking me to post a review. I responded that I was sent the wrong T-shirt and that I would need instructions on how to return it and that I would need a prepaid label from them. The reply I got was asking me to send a photo of the wrong shirt that was delivered to me. The following day, I tried to email a response with the photo but the email was returned due to a full mailbox. I found a different customer service email from a prior inquiry and I emailed to that address. Same result, mailbox full. I tried both addresses again today. Both still full. Apparently, they get my money & I get the wrong product, which I have no use for.

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. As a repeat, very happy customer, I wrote to Ericdress before placing my order to ask about which material is used in this dress so we could order the correct color (we wanted dark purple). This dress description only mentions "tulle," which is obviously the top layer of the skirt AND a material for which there is no color grid. The written reply I got was that I should use the Matte Satin color grid. So we did.
Not only did the custom order dress come much too small, but it was the completely wrong color! Understanding that mistakes happen, I wrote to customer service telling them that they accidentally sent me the wrong dress (I included pictures of the dress). After they assured me they sent the right one, & offered $12 to alter it (WHAT?), I sent another picture of the Matte Satin color grid and my daughter's dress.
Six communications later, they insist that they sent me the right dress and offering nothing more than $12. A mistake is understandable, but I have never dealt with a company with such horrific customer service. BUYER BEWARE!
(I have pictures of the color grid I was told to order from, the actual dress, and e-mail from the company. Unfortunately, the photo link below is not working. Happy to share them!)

Tip for consumers:
Having had one good experience in the past, I would recommend ordering swatches of material before you order a dress if you are going to take your chances. Between the one good experience and the current worst consumer experience of my life, I would suggest you stay far away from this company!

First of all, it doesn't get any better than a company that so willingly supports thousands of non-profits. SO easy to do, just by choosing your non-profit when you sign in and then shopping as you always have. There is no reason not to use Amazon Smile when you shop at Amazon.
Also, they have the BEST customer service. When something goes wrong, even when it is a 3rd party seller through their website, they are more than happy to make sure to rectify the situation. Their primary goals are customer satisfaction and quality of products!
