How can this be,,, I ordered my t shirt Nov. 24th 2019. Still have not gotten it. After numerous e mails they said my order shipped via DHL gave me a tracking number. After a week of sitting in JFK Airport, I called DHL and they said my tracking number was not good. I don't understand how so many people have had such a bad experience with this so called company and nothing gets resolved. I can't even get my money refunded. They should be fined and shut down! All the reviews I read, only one person received their order. You suck monk central... who ever you are...

Worst ever! Reached out several times about product not received and even escalated it they pay pal and they never responded! Cannot trust this company and feel it has caused me not to order again thru fb site.

I still haven't gotten my order after months of waiting and correspondence full of lies from them. They'll take your money and lie and say it's either on its way or already shipped but you'll NEVER get it and the feed you bull$#*!! Go somewhere else SCAM!

This company will not answer emails and will not send your order or refund your money. Buyer beware! I bought over $100 worth of product back in November and have never received anything. I got a DHL link for one of the t-shirts on 12-4-19 saying it was being processed in India. There has been no other communication. The DHL link says the one t-shirt is still in India and no word on the other 7 shirts I ordered. Whomever is giving good reviews to this company must be an employee or a friend.

I placed an order in December of 2019 never received. No response to any requests for information or refunds. Total thieves!

Ordered two shirts. Quality is amazing. Need to get me some more of these. My trainer loves the sayings.

Never received items, only an cutesy email response. Finally filed a dispute with paypal to get a refund. All of their items come from china (should have known before we ordered),, would not even give 1 star but that is as low as we can give.

Do not order. Been waiting since Nov 30 2019 for 3 shirts. Took their money... no tracking number. Have send emails, only recieved 1 response promising that they were getting the order out and I would recieve a tracking number in 2 days. Never happened and still no shirts. I have requested a refund and of coarse no response. I will file a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered from them Dec 17th. 2019. They took my money out of my account right away. Still not order, I have tried to contact them no answer. What can I do now.

I ordered shirts on Dec 3, they took my payment, sent me a message thanking me for my order and that I would have it in 7 to 10 days. Today Jan 19th no order and no response to messages (several) email or Facebook messenger. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I ordered 2 shirts on 12/3. They took there money 12/21 no tracking number no shirts. I had to email 3x before anyone got back to me told me we are expediting your order you will have by xmas. That was 3 4 days ago still ko tracking info nothing emailed again nothing no reply email 2 no reply asked fir my money back no reply. Stay away its a scam. They will take your money and screw you over. Calling bbb next. I hope everyone in your company spends xmas puking in the toilet that all your relatives just used. $#*!s. You can get a tshirt anywhere on the net.

I ordered 2 shirts for gifts on January 1st 2020. The money was taken from my account immediately. It is now May 2nd and I have never received anything! I have written several e-mails and never even received a reply. I will admit the last couple were not very nice but I didn't say anything inappropriate. The only thing I ever received was them wanting to know why I wasn't ordering anything anymore. I should have read the reviews and checked the BBB beforehand. I agree whoever wrote the good reviews was either an employee or very lucky!

How sad this is for a company to do this to people... i placed an order back in Nov 2019 and like everyone else have not received my order nor have they returned my money (have requested my refund several times)... received an email stating my order was placed to someone else (i hope whoever it was has a good time with my order)... i also contacted paypal and BBB... DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered a t-shirt from this company and they took my money and have not heard anything from them since... i emailed and no response have u heard at all... i will not ever order again from them.

I ordered a shirt back on 10/25/19. I received confirmation email that said it would ship on 15 days. Still nothing as of today 12/6/19. Ive sent 4 emails and no response. I will never ever order from these scammers again. I'm also calling my credit card to reverse charges and calling better business bureau.

I ordered a shirt in November as a Christmas present. It's Groundhogs day and still hasn't shipped. They won't return my emails, no refund, and no shirt.

First they sent a bad tracking number for dhl, sent a new dhl number that does not work with dhl. Works with Arrive and according oi Arrive package is still in Frankfort Germany. They will not answer my questions. Took my money Feb 4, over 40 days ago

I ordered 2 t-shirts for my sons and they are misspelled. I have sent several messages and no response from them! Terrible product, even worse customer service!

I ordered my shirt (which is a gift) over a month ago and still have not received it. I've sent emails after emails and I've got no reply at all not even an excuse. Also told them to just refund my money and that's not happened either. I'll never order from MonkCentral again and you shouldn't either! They suck! Think I'll report to the BBB.

Great shirts. Shipping was a little slower than I had hoped but my dad loved the shirt and that's all that matters.

If you like the way their merchandise looks, order it now for Christmas 2020 and you might be lucky enough to receive it on time.

It took two and a half months to get my order. That was well past the date I needed it. They refused a refund. Worst company ever!

I have seen these people pop up with ads on FB. Finally decided to purchase but something told me to google them first. So glad I did! Thank you all for the warnings. I will NOT be ordering from them. They just lost an order for 5 shirts.

C'mon! 5 weeks to ship a shirt. I bought it as a gift, and the shirt was a no-show. Finally got it after a few "Namaste, I'm a monk" emails. Gave away the shirt. A few weeks later, turns out the shirt is sized WAY too small. TOTAL waste of money. These 'monks' are thieves. Stay away! I seriously can't believe I spent time out of my day to leave a bad review, but my experience has been frustrating.
