I ordered a t-shirt from this company and they took my money and have not heard anything from them since... i emailed and no response have u heard at all... i will not ever order again from them.
Monk Central sells tshirts with sayings on them. They're cute. They sent me an email offering me a free tshirt as long as I wrote a "positive yet honest" review and emailed a pic of me wearing my shirt. Then let them know what shirt I wanted and where it was to be mailed. I fulfilled ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS and BOOM! "Sorry, we changed our mind and lie to our customers... we have just decided that only 50 people will receive the free shirt... try, try again next time" or some BS like this. What company goes back on their word like this? Of course, I had to write them numerous times to receive 1 reply. They had even wanted to verify my address for the shirt and have all correspondence to prove it. Never again will they have my business. But they are using my picture wearing my shirt as a "happy customer," yet another LIE.
This company sucks! I ordered 2 shirts and only received one. I've sent 4 emails and tried to post on their Facebook page (comments are reviewed first, go figure) and have not had any response. I just want my shirt or to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered t-shirts before Thanksgiving for Christmas gifts. They came the day AFTER Christmas. I wanted pictures of my sons TOGETHER wearing the t-shirts. Not gonna happen now. One lives in Texas. So much for 10-15 day delivery. Shipped straight from China. And they tried to blame the post office for failing to deliver it on the 9th. They were STILL in China being processed. Never again.
I ordered a T-shirt for a gift for Christmas, still haven't received it! I contacted them with my order number asking where my order was and when I can expect delivery. They have not answered. I will NEVER order from them again!
Monk Central is an awesome business! They offer really great quality t-shirts that have funny euphemisms to exceptionally cool music- related designs! Everyone that I meet, acquaintances, family and friends ask where have I gotten these cool shirts as they have not seen them before. They are definitely trendy, comfortable and fairly priced!
I was very happy with my order. It showed up before the delivery date, was a thick material, not cheap like most online orders u get, the graphics were bright in color and the hasn't faded yet, and actually the sizes were spot on to what they said they were... very satisfied :)
I have placed a few orders with Monk Central and I have been very pleased with their products ordering several for gifts. Their sizes run a bit small so it's best to order up one or two sizes. It takes a few weeks to receive them but they are good quality and I love the reactions of people when they read them! I always go for the funny ones!
The shirt I ordered was good quality. Washes up nicely with no shrinking. My friends saw the shirt and thought it was cute and wanted to know where I got it. So I gave them the name of your company & hopefully they placed an order with you too.
I bought two shirts for my wife for Mother's Day. Both shirts were there in plenty of time for Mother's Day. Monk Central let me know at every step of the transaction where my order was and what time it would be getting to my home. I am completely satisfied with the entirety of this transaction.
I have used this company, and the quality and arrival of the t-shirts was very good. So unless anything were to change in the future, I would definitely recommend this company to my friends. We have a weekend party every summer, and the t-shirts were purchased as prizes. Everyone that won a t-shirt was completely happy with them.
I am always skeptical of purchasing from Facebook sponsored posts. I saw a tee that I had to have. It was only $8 so I gave it a shot. I figured it would be very cheap quality but it wasnt. Ill purchase again when I need a graphic tee.
In dealing with Monk Central I found them to be professional and helpful. The shipping was a bit slow, but the support was exceptional and able to keep me in the loop. The tee-shirt I ordered came as it was described. All in all it was a good experience and I will be ordering from them again.
Good experience and I'll definitely buy another shirt soon. The only thing i had a problem with, when buying multiple shirt through Paypal... my card won't process but when I bought one shirt it process with no problem. I really don't know if it was paypal or not but that was the only problem I had.
I bought a shirt from Monk Central and I absolutely love it, i will buy more shirts from them. I had no issues with them and I didn't have to contact them for anything. My shirt came in a timely fashion, I love the fit of the shirt. I do however wish they had more colors
The shirt itself was fine! The length of time from placing the order until receiving product was not satisfactory. Then there was a mixup in the order and I had to wait even longer to get the second half. They were good about fixing things though.
Quality T shirts and exceptional service before and after the sale. Ive ordered several items and have never had any difficulty in the order or return process and Ive always found the item I was searching for in the size I needed.
I purchased a great shirt and I just love it! I was not in any rush for the shirt when I bought it, so I did not pay attention to how long it took to arrive. I have read some reviews online that have complained about that, so you might want to read carefully about expected delivery date. I personally have no issues with how long it took to arrive, and I can definitively say that I ordered a very unique shirt, it arrived in perfect condition, and it looks better than I expected.
Do not order. Been waiting since Nov 30 2019 for 3 shirts. Took their money... no tracking number. Have send emails, only recieved 1 response promising that they were getting the order out and I would recieve a tracking number in 2 days. Never happened and still no shirts. I have requested a refund and of coarse no response. I will file a dispute with my credit card company.
Products, service and staff are all super! Ive bought and enjoyed their products and Ill be back.
I especially Noy the sense of humor their customer service people display. They make dealing with them a pleasure.
