These rogues have been marauding the internet seeking who to steal from, they will give you a high promise of fake profits and opportunities only to steal from you at the end, avoid them at all cost. They are thieves, do not pay any tax to withdraw as well, it's all lies. If I hadn't received assistance from makaydisputefixx.net after sending a complaint to them, i would have become a significant victim of this unregulated fraud, which would have effectively destroyed my financial situation.

This appears to be a well-established Ponzi scheme. I am uncertain about what to believe at this point. It is advisable for individuals to keep their distance from this scheme. I damaged my mobile phone and replaced it 8-10weeks ago.

I'm using a new handset now.

I work on a building site and damages can occur easily.

I have used this app for 5-6 years.

As soon as I download the monese app on my new handset, I was asked basic ID questions had my face pic taken, the account stopped working.

My wages where paid into this account, which I have been unable to withdraw or transfer. I have a family with kids to provide for.

I quickly changed my banking details to a reliable bank, reported this matter to the fca ombudsman, banking authority and local police fraud service.

I have asked for my account to be closed, a 5 year bank transaction statement to be sent via pdf and my fund transferred.

None of this has been actioned.

I, four years ago, sent my new mobile number/email address which has not been updated.

It's a really sick and disgusting service.

I've sent my ID and all details over but nothing. The account is still blocked. I have calculated the interested that occurred and will be passing this onto Monese ltd along with a compensation request of £9.745.04

I would appreciate if my account can be closed asap. I have provided bank details to transfer onto or send a pic number and I will withdraw the funds.

Absolutely horrid customer service don't help an constantly closing complaints saying resolved when asnt been, will not answer my questions just ignore them with sorry no explanation, been 4 weeks and still trying get answers just brushed off constantly, when call they tell you wait for email reply which either don't get or if do week later with resolved sorry, NOT RESOLVED, TREATED DISGUSTINGLY, IGNORED, MIGHT AS WELL JUST PUSH ME UNDER A BUS WASTE OF TIME AVOID AVOID AVOID, close your account without warning without actually good reason took them 3 weeks actually tell me closed account closed my parnters as well for no reason at all and when I tried speak prove with screen shots they no reason close my account or partners they just say sorry or try tell me my complaint is resolved, far from it, I wouldn't be surprised if just a robot no actual humans how poor the customer service is, can not answer any my actual questions, made my life so HARD work and actually lost money now
