I absolutely love my moissanite ring! Telling all my friends to get moissanite instead of diamonds for engagement rings and wedding bands. I also appreciate that MoissaniteCo has photos but also live videos of each of their products so you can really see what they look like in real life when choosing between products.

Visiting again a few years after my last purchase and I noticed some items still do not have preview pics from multiple angles, and seems that the 3D preview function was also dropped. Otherwise fantastic experience!

The rings we ordered for our daughters are so precious! It looks super awesome on them and I am very much satisfied!

Great products and options available to find exactly what I was looking for. The password reset got sent to my junk mail which slowed down the process a bit.

Edit: after receiving the ring I noticed some scratches on the band. The band was polished well enough but there were clearly some scratch marks on the band that I will need to get buffed out before giving it to who I intend to wed.

Website was very easy to use. Would be great if we could select the earring components separately. Right now it's a big list of rings in different configurations.

I purchased my fiancés engagement ring in July of 2022 and in February of 2024 the ring literally split in half. It's completely broken from everyday use. Wasn't an accident or anything specific that caused it. When I reached out to Moissanite Co, they said this was the result of "usual wear and tear" and to contact the insurance that I paid extra on the ring to file a claim and hopefully get it fixed. This company is awful and I would never use them again.

Thanks for the stunning three-stone moissanite ring I got for my wife on Valentine's Day. She's a gemstone collector and adores diamonds, but I know the BLING of this ring will truly dazzle her. She'll absolutely love it.

The checkout process has a bad layout. The website is generally good until you get to the checkout screen. Just look at other checkouts like Amazon. Your process requires scrolling down to see all the page, when the font can be simply smaller.

The customization of the ring was smooth, and the ring turned out beautiful! Overall the communication was good however when sending it back to be resized they surprised me with a $50 resizing fee that was never disclosed anywhere prior.

Easy to order as always. Hopefully the chain color matches the pendant setting color. The chain choices don't make that clear.

I was so excited to receive my moissanite earrings, but was disappointed to find that the threaded backs I chose kept falling out. I wish I had gone for the locking backs instead. Despite this issue, the earrings are gorgeous and I love the affordable prices compared to other jewelry retailers. I am eager to explore more of the Moissanite Co. Collection, especially their wedding designs, as I recently lost my solitaire ring. I will definitely keep you updated on my future purchases.

I just wish there were more angles of photos! Also a filtering system to hunt for the perfect options (even something simple like filter by cut -- as in only show round or cushion, etc). Otherwise your product seems wonderful and I am super excited to see the ring.

I couldn't remember my own ring size, and customer service was able to look up the order from my fiancé to ensure I ordered the right band size! I also wanted the matching band as my engagement ring is a unique design (eng-156) and I wanted the band to be flush with the engagement ring. I did not see the band available for sale by itself, just as a set, but customer service provided me with a link to purchase the band individually. Top notch customer service!

I'm in love with my ring! Seriously in love. I've never seen anything more beautiful in my life. Customer service was very good and they were very accommodating. They guaranteed my ring to arrive by the date I needed it which was a good amount of days before it was actually supposed to be ready. I got the overnight delivery and I got it by lunch time the next day and I live in Hawai'i. I'd recommend MoissanteCo to anyone looking for rings.

My rose gold ring was purchased with this company, I never wear the ring due to me being a nurse I wear the rubber rings so it won't hurt myself or my patients. I have never washed my hands in this ring because of me being afraid to mess it up, I reached int to customer service only for them to say that they would charge me to polish the ring! What in the world?! That's not going to restore the rose gold on the ring! They asked stupid questions that had nothing to do with the ring and did. It offer to dip the ring or anything. I am beyond pissed

I received my ring yesterday, and it has left me absolutely in awe. It's the most stunning ring I've ever laid eyes on, and I can say that having seen the real thing! The way it sparkles is truly unparalleled. Last night at an event, people couldn't help but notice my ring, and I must admit, I felt a sense of pride. Like some of the others whose reviews I've read, I was initially uncertain about this choice. I've had CZ rings before, and they don't even come close to the beauty of Moissanite.
