Craig was helpful in ensuring that the earrings were correct as ordered once we discovered a different set of stones were used. He also was able to get a thicker post added to the earrings as I am on the phone a good amount of time at work. They are beautiful earrings.

Very reasonable prices for loose stones. The pad sapphire turned out to be a bit too orange rather than the reddish-pinkish-orange that I was looking for, but returning it was easy enough (no re-stocking fee for loose stones but you do need to pay for return shipping).

I will admit I was slightly nervous about ordering my wedding set from a website without seeing the rings in person first. However, I am completely happy with my rings. I LOVE them. They are so beautiful and look even more amazing in person.

Also, I did contact costumer service because I needed a different size and they were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

They sent pictures in a timely manor to make sure I approved and they were very easy to work with. I received the band and everything lined up great. I am really impressed with the gem I received. It is sparkly and very clear. If you are looking for a very white stone, this one is not for you, it does have a greenish/yellowish tint, even more so than I was expecting (especially in my car and in the lighting at the jewelers where I had it set). Overall, I am happy with my purchase.
