Started off w/a chat sesh w/Neenla (sp?), which was super helpful! I was pointed in the right direction, was able to simply make my purchase. I was so pleased to find reward points on my acct from my one other purchase (which was over 11 years ago!) that I applied to my order. Production time was longer than the specified time on website (said 10 biz days, took 13) and I had to contact customer support multiple times and kept being told it would probably ship soon. Despite this wrinkle, in the end they overnighted it at no cost to make sure it arrived on time, which I greatly appreciated. Haven't seen the ring yet (I'm dying over here waiting for the proposal!) But I'm sure it's absolutely stunning!

The solitaire pear with plain milgrain band in platinum was just right for me. The solitaire has a beautiful 'fire' like sparkle and I liked the weight of the band, not too thin. The ring came very well packaged in blue box and large draw string leather-like bag. I am very satisfied because I was able to take my time selecting a style just right for me. And while my ring was being made it became on sale! So, I was able to call customer service and get a refund from the original price I paid! I will definitely be back for more<3
