I have been wanting to order a new set of wedding rings for a long time. There are so many great choices to choose from on this site it really hard to narrow it down to my most favorite. Site is easy to use. Love the way they have the ring selections broke down in stone shape.

Although it was a custom piece, it took forever to approve and make. All I wanted was a slight alteration. It came out beautifully but took a long time.

I had an issue with the Stone being loose and losing a diamond but have not been reached by phone and not told how much it would cost to fix.

Website was very easy to use. Would be great if we could select the earring components separately. Right now it's a big list of rings in different configurations. Got a little nervous with the shipping date. The website status didn't provide a time of completion until much later in the process. If I'd known, I would've ordered earlier to ensure that production and shipping time wouldn't create arrival issues.

Customer Service was great!

Very simple and straightforward. The first ring delivered was flawed and had to be returned. The return process took several weeks and this forced me to cancel the plans I had made to propose. I did get the replacement ring and it was in perfect condition, so I just wish that in this case the company would have done more to get me a replacement ring faster, or compensate me for the inconvenience.

I decided to go with one of the available options, but it was nice knowing I had the ability to special order exactly what I wanted without any hassle. Website is easy to navigate and Pinterest account videos are super helpful in picking out items!
