Easy to order as always. Hopefully the chain color matches the pendant setting color. The chain choices don't make that clear.
Edit to add:. She loves it. The rose tone is a little lighter than other brands of rose gold I've seen
The products you have are simply the best out there. I only wish it didn't take so long to make, as the anticipation of receiving a new creation is great. With that said, your products are definitely worth the wait. It would be nice to have the ability to search your website for 'new' items.

The solitaire pear with plain milgrain band in platinum was just right for me. The solitaire has a beautiful 'fire' like sparkle and I liked the weight of the band, not too thin. The ring came very well packaged in blue box and large draw string leather-like bag. I am very satisfied because I was able to take my time selecting a style just right for me. And while my ring was being made it became on sale! So, I was able to call customer service and get a refund from the original price I paid! I will definitely be back for more<3
We ordered my engagement ring back in December. I became so anxious about it that I emailed support and upgraded my shipping to overnight. The entire process was so easy and everyone I contacted was very helpful! The ring was delivered right on time and was stunning. He proposed a month later, I couldn't wait to wear it! The quality is superb, no one knows that it's not a real diamond and I feel so much better knowing that we didn't break the bank. Thanks again!
I really enjoy the look and quality of MoissaniteCo. The specific band I chose for my wife we have noticed is hard to keep the gemstones in place, it's very dainty, but MoissaniteCo has replaced those a few times now (in a year, which is concerning, so I may change the band). I've had to pay to ship it to them which costs around $40-50 to ship with insurance. Overall I do really enjoy their work and would recommend to someone else.

The ring we received lost a stone within a couple months. I contacted MoissaniteCo and they had me ship it back for repairs (it was still under the 3-month warranty). Since then no issues! Ring is beautiful and lasting well.

Moissanite co gave me advice for my ring, a good shipping rate and a lot of payment options.
I also had particular shipping demands as France was the destination. I asked them to receive the order in one week and a half. They managed to send it in time (4 days before my deadline).
I also had a problem with UPS and Moissoniteco on Facebook gave me perfect advices to unlock the situation.

Gorgeous ring set. Beautiful craftsmanship. Awesome price! More beautiful in person than I could've imagined & people are so complementary of my rings. I see heads turn all over the place. Check out their instagram... they post videos of rings they've made all the time and you can see just how beautiful their rings really are! That's how I found the ring I've been searching for and fell in love. You can see how much care goes into making each ring and how beautiful and high quality they all are.

Ive loved and sold jewelry for 30 years and when i first discovered moissanite i couldnt believe how beautiful, when the stone moissanite first came out it had a weird tint to it, i cant explain it? Now they have perfected the stone and to me in order to get the quality in a genuine diamond as you do with moissanite it would cost a fortune.

Website was fairly easy to navigate. Each ring usually featured many images and a 360 view which helped see overall ring size. This helped me figure out which rings to ask questions about. The support staff responded quickly to my emailed questions about various rings. Overall happy with my experience.
My ring lost two side stones at about the one year mark. Received my repaired ring within an appropriate amount of time. The ring came back looking great. The total cost of the repair was about $45. I don't worry about any future repairs because they take care of customers.
