I have used Moissanite.com for multiple orders. Every transaction up to this point had been speedy and efficient. On this particular occasion, the courier delivered my package to the wrong address. I only know this because I got a notification saying my item had been delivered and signed for. Not by me or anyone in my household. Eventually the courier service did track down my item.

My fiance and I absolutely loves the solitaire engagement ring. The fire and clarity surpasses any diamond we've ever seen.

The ring arrived promptly and very impressive packaging. Stone is gorgeous however the metal seems quite flimsy for the stone size. It is a petite band which looks delicate but I wish I purchased wider band, but overall happy since this was a sale item

Order was quickly prepared and shipped. Only thing that's sort of annoying is the required signature confirmation but it is jewelry. I redirected the package to a FedEx office to make it easier to pick up. Ring was expected.
