The ring was/is excellent. I had to contact customer service once to make sure everything was moving along in a timely manner (custom order) and they were promt and polite with a reply. I will definitely be shopping here again, probably for Christmas. :)

I had a good experience with this company... except for the the fact that when I asked them to rush my order, it got delayed past the initial expected ship date. Then after I bugged customer service about it it was shipped the next day. I didn't leave a lot of time but I had hoped to get the ring before my engagement.

The center stone was more yellow than I had expected with the forever brilliant stones, but beautifu l otherwise. When contacting the customer support team the were short and a little rude. However they responded very quickly.
Had to retype credit card info multiple times when showing payment options page after changing something else. Other than that, relatively easy. Fairly expensive shipping compared to other online sellers. Expensive product, but good quality.

The stones are fantastic! The settings are perfect too. Just if you could have "multiple screw back combo", that will be even better. Because I lost one back (just the back) in the first month, and I ended up buying one from amazon. Well, it fits. But not exactly the same with the other one though. So I think have an option of buying more than one back for one stone will be popular. Also if there is a purchase option for just buying the backs, that will be great idea too.
Chris has fantastic customer service skills! We spent several days emailing with him and after answering all of our questions (there were a lot) he helped the girlfriend and I pick a winner! Very rarely do I ever feel so assured when making a large purchase, but my experience with MoissaniteCo.com has left me feeling great about the ring and transaction!
Production time was longer than the specified time on website (said 10 biz days, took 13) and I had to contact customer support multiple times and kept being told it would probably ship soon. Despite this wrinkle, in the end they overnighted it at no cost to make sure it arrived on time, which I greatly appreciated. Haven't seen the ring yet (I'm dying over here waiting for the proposal!) But I'm sure it's absolutely stunning!
So much fun looking at all the beautiful options...and at a fraction of the cost. Can't wait to get the stone set into my 25 year old setting that, unfortunately, was severely damaged when I banged it on the car door. Have been wanting a larger stone for quite some time but couldn't bring myself to drop the price of a new car on a quality diamond that the average Joe would ever be able to tell the difference. Wish there was a way to post 'after' pics to show what I anticipate to be a gorgeous ring when it's all completed. I also like the extra safety of requiring a signature as our packages sometimes get delivered a block over to a house with the same number and I don't want this gem sitting in our mailbox waiting for some porch pirate to cash in in the event I am not home when it gets delivered.
Update: the stone looks exquisite in the setting and is a huge head turner! Will most definitely shop here again.
I was a great shopping experience. I had to get a custom order for a nickle allergy. The customer service people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The ring showed up right on time and 1 1/2 months later still no problem with the ring in any way. She has not had a reaction to the metals that we choose and I will be buying a matching wedding band soon. Also the stone are just as amazing as they say everyone is jealous of the brilliance and the color. Nothing I have ever seen shines like these stones. I will and have told everyone I know about Moissaniteco. I highly recommend shopping here.
The engagement ring I bought (2 ct equivalent Amora round w/ diamond halo) is gorgeous and came true to size. Fiance loves it. I admit that I was uneasy with the process at first. The company's website didn't have the same level of transparency as companies like Amazon have, for example, when it comes to order processing. They do have an "order status" section of the website but it isn't very clear or reassuring. Nevertheless, I received the ring pretty much on the expected delivery date.
I've always been very pleased with the quality of jewelry and service that I've received from moissaniteco.com They have gained a loyal customer in me. I recommend them to anyone I know is shopping for jewelry.
