I received my rings for Christmas, and after a week, I LOVE them. They are very sparkly and look just like my original engagement diamond, but much larger. Thank you for your help! We will definitely go with Mossianite.co next time around as well.
My previous engagement ring (London Blue Topaz) had lost its luster, so my husband decided to surprise me with getting me the ring of my dreams! I received the most brilliant 2 ct. Round cut, infinity band engagement ring I've ever seen! I have received endless compliments on the ring as it looks more brilliant than a diamond. I didn't think this was possible, but for the price, the size of the stone, and the customer service I received (had an issue with my post office and they helped sort it out), I'm so thrilled! My husband and I absolutely adore our rings! We had customized our orders and the customer service was excellent. The online chat service was amazing. So many options to choose from and some seemingly so very similar, it was kind of hard to choose which one. I had questions about the cuts and difference between H&A and F1 vs other cuts but it was the weekend (Sunday) and no one was available, understandably, I don't work weekend either...I went with earrings for myself and pendants for my wife and daughter. Hope they like them...
I was afraid the ring I ordered would be too big (not possible, of course) and when I received it, it was indeed a show-stopper. We call it The Chandelier as it is unbelievably sparkly and brilliant. I have several Moissanite pieces: necklace, earrings and three rings. Some are years old and still stunning and the settings are high quality. I will always choose Moissanite over diamonds.

ANOTHER UPDATE 4/18/24
I lost two stones from the enhancer over the past few months. I noticed a week ago that one of the prongs seemed a bit 'up' and the entire center stone fell out yesterday. We have spent so much money on this ring and I am absolutely disgusted at this point
I ordered a custom made wedding band to match my engagement ring. Both were suppose to be 7.5. When I received the band it was much smaller than the engagement ring causing the engagement ring to 'pop' out of the setting. I reached out to MoissaniteCo.com and they said I agreed to the custom order and CHOSE my size to be a 7. I explained that that made no sense and provided them countless emails/screenshots of my order. They actually tried blaming me and said they wouldn't resize it for free, because it was my fault. They eventually agreed to resize for free. Keep in mind, I had to pay s&h every time - 4 times at this point, with insurance based on the value of my ring/band. I received the wedding band back a few weeks ago, and it didn't feel any different then when I first received it. I took both rings to a jeweler and they confirmed my suspicions - my band was never resized. I bought a ring sizer just to make sure and sure enough, the band I ordered is still a 7.0. I've spent almost 4k and my rings still don't fit. I'm getting married in October and I refuse to spend another cent trying to get my wedding set right.

UPDATE - MoissaniteCo's response is not accurate which lead to me the initial frustration. I never chose 7.0 for the guard. I have all the emails that I will post later as the company is once again not being transparent. Regardless of that, they were suppose to size it up for "FREE" to fit my engagement ring. It's STILL A 7! They didn't adjust it at all.
Was very difficult to use the reward loyalty points but received a return email within 24hrs. Total should have been $45.00 with S&H but came to $55.00 with S&H. I am sure that will be taken care of since your reputation has always been stellar.

The 2ct Forever One stone is flawless and sparkles brilliantly. The custom band and setting complement and flatter the center stone perfectly. Best of all, she loves it even more than I do. She is often told by clients the she must be really loved to have such a beautiful ring. I can't thank Chris, in customer service, enough for helping me with all me questions and assisting in selecting the right center stone. I was very nervous about ordering a ring on line in regards to the quality of product I would receive. Thank you so much for helping me with my customized new ring setting. I absolutely love my Moissanite stone which I received about 3.5 years ago. I just wanted to change the setting to be a little lower. Everyone was so helpful with my request and I was so surprised that they would even customize the setting based on a ring I liked from another jewelry store. Thanks so much, I can't wait to see my new ring!

I appreciated that customer service was able to help me find and order the matching band to my ring that was no longer listed on the website. The price did go up, but that's always a risk of not purchasing it up front. It came on time and is beautiful!

Website was very easy to use. Would be great if we could select the earring components separately. Right now it's a big list of rings in different configurations. Got a little nervous with the shipping date. The website status didn't provide a time of completion until much later in the process. If I'd known, I would've ordered earlier to ensure that production and shipping time wouldn't create arrival issues.
This ring is beautiful. It came pretty quickly (in the timeframe they predicted) and looked just as good as the pictures. It also fits accurately to the size. It was exactly as expected. If I ever need anything else that this company offers, I will use them in a second.
I have been a customer for years. I am always happy and proud of the quality of the products. The overall experience was great. One time I had to contact customer service to help me buy a new setting to my 2 k stone. It all went very smooth via email. And I got exactly what I wanted in a reasonable time.
