The websites layout is simple and made it easy for me to customize my order. There was a variety of options for my ring which ensures me getting exactly what I want. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Easy process, but the ring we received doesn't look like the one we ordered.
It was too big, the band was a lot thinner than anticipated, the stone is definitely not 'colourless' and it's cloudy even in direct sunlight.

I priced out the eternity band I wanted at my local jewelry story. A 4.5 mm for $13.500. It seemed silly to pay that. I did some research on moissanite companies and this one had the best and most reviews I thought I would give it a try. So happy I did! My ring is fantastic. I get compliments on it everyday. You would never know its moissanite instead of diamonds. I love it!

Easy to navigate and browse, with a lot of beautiful styles, it was hard to select the perfect one for my engagement ring because there was so many great options! A little to nervous to make such a large purchase online, but they have great reviews.

The most disappointing part of the service experience is not being able to "speak" with anyone for customer service. It honestly almost stopped us from purchasing with you. I feel it is imperative, if you wish to improve this process, that you provide customers with a phone number, not just email and live chat access.

My wife actually worked in the diamond industry, which is why she was adamant about not wanting a diamond. I was slightly skeptical, but once it arrived, I was blown away. Chris has been extremely helpful and this is a company I plan to do much more business with in the future.

The entire process of ordering from Moissanite Co went great. We ordered a custom ring and it was received when they originally said it would be. I love my ring and am so glad we went with Moissanite. It sparkles like crazy especially in the right lighting. Everyone loves my ring and has no idea it's not a diamond :)

I wish they would have told me it needed to be signed for when ordering so I could have made arrangements. I under stand why just did think about it. As far a the product goes I'm vary happy. It does have a yellow hue to it compared to a real dimond that I was not expecting. Would buy again and a great company to deal with.

Chris helped me order a great split shank engagement ring. It became unlisted, but I still had the model number and a screenshot of the web page, and he was able to get it for me. My fiancee is very happy with the ring!

One thing I was worried about was side stones falling out. I'm happy to say that after over half a year, none of the side stones have fallen out.

The rings I bought were absolutely gorgeous! The customer service was also fantastic-- one of the stones in my eternity ring had fallen out within a few days of receiving the order, and when I contacted them to see what my options were, they paid for the return shipping and fixed my ring free of charge. I haven't had any problems with my ring since and I always get compliments on how beautiful they are.

I was anxious over the ring coming in time and looking as good as I'd hoped. My worries were for nothing since it looked great and came quick. I'd estimated my SO's ring size based on past experiences, but it was really good knowing I had a return option to get a different size, if needed. Thanks.

We ordered individual/loose stones, which are absolutely beautiful but it did take awhile for them to be processed and to ship. We were not aware of this as we previously ordered from the website, and this shipped within a day or so. Otherwise our experience has been great and the stones are good quality - definitely lifetime quality!
