It was easy to customize, and get an idea on how the rings would look after contacting Customer Service to verify some options. Also, my girlfriend (now-fiancee) was already a huge fan of Moissanite compared to diamonds (in price, and also how light shines more than diamonds) and she suggested this site in the first place.

Very good quality. Cannot tell it isn't a real diamond. My wife loves everything I have gotten her and gets complemented all the time on the size and clarity of the stone. We think its funny cause know one knows it isn't a real diamond. Thanks for everything, will be buying much more in the future.

That being said I think they could make it a bit easier, just process wise, but they were great and supportive - I will definitely buy more from them

I have ordered all my moissanite from moissanite.co over the years and I get TONS of compliments on my studs and pendants. Stone are very consistent, very sparkly and jewelry is quality made. Customer service has been great- my custom made engagement band they did for me is amazing and is holding up beautifully with daily wear- I am very happy!

I asked a customer service rep opinions regarding size of stone and various settings. This was very helpful and the person listened to my preferences and seemed to answer honestly by telling me that a double prong setting would not look as nice on a smaller stone.

Customer service has been helpful. Website is well designed. I received the order quickly. The ring was beautiful but the stone set too high for me. I returned it and they credited my account promptly. I will definitely buy again for the company.

Good product, fair price. I did experience stones falling out of the mount (it happened three times). Albeit annoying and disappointing, they did replace the stones. I tried to contact someone by phone, but it appears all their business is conducted by e-mail.
