After I placed my order there was an issue with my ring. They had to remake it due to quality control issues. The ring was quickly remade and shipped overnight to me. I love my ring! I've gotten lots of compliments.

Shopping experience has been great thus far, only complaints that I have is; over the 7 year period of owning my rings and wearing it every day I had two repairs done for stones falling out and chipping. Now I only wear it when going out to dinner! Kind of afraid to wear it casually due to stones falling out. Please for future find a better solution with stone placement and hold.

Your web site is pretty old-school, but functional. I didn't receive updates during the production phase, which lasted a few days more than I wanted. It was also not clear that I could have upgraded to Forever Brilliant, which I would have liked to.

There really isn't anything I would change in my process. Everything ran smoothly and came quickly. Maybe more communication as to when the ring was finished and that it was getting shipped but beyond that it was a great experience.

I've now received my stone and it's indistinguishable from the mined diamond in my engagement ring.

She loved the earrings, but being limited to shipping via FedEx is a major pain in my area - they only deliver from 8-4 (when normal people work!) and would only let me hold the shipment at a shipping center - which is a 2 hour drive for me.
