From start to finish the whole service was fantastic and we are thrilled with my ring! Chris was fantastic at answering my questions quickly and honestly, without making us feel pressured into buying anything. He even emailed me to tell me when they had new stock in of the H&A stones - fantastic service! Shipping to the UK was unbelievably quick and well packaged. It was great to be able to track the package, and it arrived earlier than estimated. The ring itself is beautiful and so well made. I specifically asked for delicate prongs and Chris emailed me to confirm they had received my request - and the result is more beautiful than I ever imagined! Now we've got the loyalty points we will definitely consider ordering our wedding rings from MoissaniteCo. Even the cost of shipping & customs isn't enough to put us off re-ordering because the total purchase price is so much more affordable than if we ordered from the UK.

I've purchased two rings from this company. The first was perfect. The second, my wedding ring, took longer than expected to make, then arrived the wrong size (only two weeks before my wedding day). I was passed off from customer service. I really hope this can get fixed before I get married... Very dissappointed.
