I ordered three dresses in May, they were delivered in July to an address in New York. I live in California. I finally asked for a full refund at the end of July... I am still waiting for my full refund. I have emailed customer support several time they keep telling me my refund is coming in 7days.
I PURCHASED A PAIR OF BOOTS ON SEPTEMBER 24TH 2020. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM. I'VE EXHAUSTED EVERY AVENUE AND GOT NOWHERE. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SEND ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, JUST TOOK MY MONEY. MOFYLOOK IS AS CROOKED AS THEY COME.
It is practically impossible to return. Additionally, I was waiting for their missing item for 6 months. But they talked to me for money back... Again, I've been waiting also for money back since last June. The quality of the clothes is completely different from the photos. I was so disappointed, no I am so mad.
This is a horrible company. They take your money and do not deliver. I ordered a pair of dress boots back in December before Christmas, and I have yet to receive my purchase as of January 27,2021. Fortunately, I made the purchase via paypal. They do not deserve a star, and giving them a star is like rewarding them for bad business, which also undermine my review of Mofylook
I brought a pair of shoes. I never received the shoes 6 months later. I sent emails asking for a refund and have been ignored. Don't buy from MOFYLOOK it's a scam
I order 2 items from this company. They were never delivered. Even though I reached out to support and they had a tracking number of leaving items at my door, but they were never received. I have never had a problem of someone taking items from my porch. Please take precautions in ordering from this company.
You don't get your order,they keep your money. I've informed that my order has not arrived but not answer. Lied said they would resend but haven't received either.

I ordered my boots to Brookfield, Illinois. They sent it to Wisconsin. When I to them of THIER mistake, they gave me the runaround till they stopped responding. Don't trust them.
I ordered clothing without realizing it was an oversee site. Waited and waited. No package. Contacted their "support" site. Was told they would track it. According to them the package had been delivered in Puerto Rico instead of Vermont, where it was supposed to go. Said they would contact the delivery company. Never heard anything back. Contacted them again. They offered to either resend the order or cancel it with a refund. Fed up and chose cancel everything. Got a response that my refund would show up in 10 days. No refund. Have contacted them twice since. No response. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
Stay away from this website! I ordered several items from Mofylook.com and never received any items. When checking the tracking number, I noticed they were delivered in July to an unknown address in New York although I reside in California. I immediately demanded a full refund by contacting customer service. It is now November and I have yet to be refunded. Now that I am seeking legal attention, Customer service decides to go silent and not respond to any emails. Also, they do not have a phone number or any other methods to contact them. MOFYLOOK IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Ordered two pair of shoes. Never got the shoes or a refund. Guarantee to be swindled. They will communicate with you until you figure out it's a hoax.
Ordered some dresses from here March 2020. Twice told China Post delivered my items. Not true. Monica responded to me twice but never responded to my last emails this year. I'm still waiting!
On Jan 1st 2023 I bought a jumper from them - it never arrived and neither did a refund. Avoid them!
Thanks to everyone here who took the time to post their experience with this dreadful company, I was able to get my money back through Paypal.
I ordered a top and then after doing some research and seeing how they have scammed people before me on here, I attempted to cancel the payment on Paypal and to my surprise saw that it was already "completed"! I immediately contacted them via email within an hour of placing my order asking that they cancel it. The following day, 12 hours later, I sent them another email requesting to cancel. 3 days later I get an email saying," too late to cancel. Order has already left the warehouse on the way to logistics"
I replied with, " I doubt it. I'm notifying Paypal of this situation". The following day I get an email from them saying, "Your order has shipped" along with some bogus tracking number.
The following day, I phone Paypal and was told by the support person that if I didn't get a follow up email within the next 5 days with a proper tracking number, that I was to file a dispute. I did and immediately got my money back. Just a word of encouragement to everyone, " Lets shut down these scammers"!
They are thiefs. I paid for some shoes in November 2020 and I never received them. Only once did they reply that they were very sorry and nothing more. Burglars!
It's been two months and several emails; finally got an email from them yesterday, saying they would refund my money. What a scam!
It's only when you receive the bag of junk that you are mailed that you discover that the company is located in China and returning it will cost more than $80. Total scam.
Worst decision yet... do not do business with this company. They shipped my product to the wrong city... and have not got back to me. Can not locate them.
