You may get an email from them easily enough but they won't honor any requests for refunds. They are dishonest and fraudulent. Don't buy anything from them! You will lose your money and be stuck with a product that doesn't fit or doesn't work.

My order was also delivered to the wrong address. I received a reply from customer service twice. The last one saying they would reship my order. I never received anything and now they won't reply to my emails

There is an email someone gets back to you, and then nothing after that. No follow up. Shipped to wrong city!
