I purchase a red jumpsuit and a cream tribal print dress from this company. The items are no where near the picture. The stitching is horrible and offset, threads are hanging and fabric not as noted in description. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
Placed an order December 1st and was told it would come in right before christmas. Never happened at all still waiting and a few days later my credit card numbers where stolen my bank said someone tried to take over $2000 from my account. Watch your credit card information guys there just like any asian website a fraud.

Cheap, poor quality, not like picture, sizes not American fits, stains in garments? Stitching zigzag and they trying not to give me 100% refund after I had to pay another $38 to ship stuff back to China. Offered 60-70% if I sent all product back. Did I mention it was sent back in a week of receipt and they have a 30 day policy. Who do I need to report them to? Should not be able to do business in US. I am reporting to BBH.

I ordered several dressed on Modlily. They didn't even ship the right dresses to me, and wouldn't let me send them back to exchange. I requested a refund, they said they would give it to me if I closed the ticket. I closed the ticket and never saw my refund. I started another ticket to again request the refund, and now they're refusing to give it to me. I think they count on people not checking to see if a refund came through, because I don't think they ever had any intention of actually issuing it. I have been communicating about this very simple issue for over 2.5 months, and it still hasn't been resolved.
This company is dishonest and does not give the customer what they bought. Not even the same items. They keep money that is rightfully a customer's, and I honestly think they should be legally pursued. This is not only poor business practice, but is actually illegal. They're taking money for goods and services that they are not rendering.

Well I got my dress unlike some people but it is nothing like what was advertised. Should of known really! Terrible fit, its like a size 8 at the top and a 14 at the bottom! I don't even know if I can get refunded, maybe just put it down to bad judgement and learn not to buy from foreign sites again! Glad I didn't purchase something for a special occasion!

I cancelled 24 hrs and have to pay $3 handling fee. I'm ok with that but there is email trail of endless BS And now they say refunded to my store account... I have no store account and specifically asked for refund back to my original credit card... TOTAL BS co. I shop exclusively online and have NEVER HAD AN ISSUE... buyer beware for sure
I wanted to try this website out so I bought one item. They took the money out the same day and it's been a month and I still haven't got my product. I been try to get my product or my money back and they are not responding. I will never get anything from this site again, I don't recommend this site to anyone else either.
Absolutely appalling product. Not like the picture, cheap material, bad sizing, stitching not straight, where do I end? Poor customer service, although they did respond quickly they would not offer a refund because of faulty item. Offered me 20% if I paid to send it back. Argued for days but ended up telling them to stick it! Trading standards cannot do anything as the company is in China. Do not shop with this site and please check details more carefully if you find something that is a bargain price elsewhere as there are a lot about! I placed an order the beginning of September and I STILL have not received my items. I contacted the customer service, and they told me to please be patient and the package should be on its way. Even more frustrating is they don't provide a tracking number to actually know my package is on its way!
The quality of the items I brought were NOT as listed on the site. Ordered sizes too big to be safe and they were SUPER small, the items fit like a small to a medium. So got on the site opened a ticket were I was treated like $#*!. Basically you either send back the items or expect their version of a refund, which will not even sneeze on what you pay. After me turning down a $10 refund for me 65$ item purchase, I offered to send the items back. The rep INSISTED on me NOT sending anything because I have to pAy to have it sent back. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor SEVERAL TIMES, NOTHING! Took my action to chat, never even acknowledged me, just held the chat. NEXT I WENT TO THE FB page, where the "person" sent me the details of refund. NEVER GUVING THIS COMPANY ANY TIME, MONEY, OR EFFORT.
I wish I had known about this site before I ordered. All the reviews on their site were high ratings... hummmm. I had ordered 2 items from this company.One was out of stock, but they still charged my credit card, and told me I can't get a refund, that I will need to order something else. The item I did get looks nothing like the picture. Very cheaply made, some of the seams weren't even finished off. Emailed them, telling I want a refund on BOTH items. No response.
I bought a sweatsuit from this site, it was ok, i got compliments, but i ordered this cute tribal print dress for the summer couldn't wait to wear it with some sandals... when i got it... its the cheapest material you have ever seen, it looks like someone just copied the pic and attempted to make it. Its so cheap looking, designs don't even match the picture, i cant get in touch with customer service. That will be the last time i order from them. I saw a lot of positive reviews from others i think thats a scam as well.

I ended up waiting over 2 months for a dress - which never came - and didn't have a working tracking order, in fact it told me my package was untraceable, or non-existent. The poor english-spoken customer service team then continually respond to my emails with 'your package is on it's way, please wait more patiently.' They ignored my request for a refund 3 times even when I threatened to get trading standards involved.
Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would strongly advise anyone who is shopping with them in the future to IGNORE their low pricing and shop somewhere where their reviews are above 2 stars. Abysmal!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
