I want to help save others from what has happened to me! This company is a SCAM! First of all, the items look NOTHING like the photos, the sizing is not true to size, and the clothes had a horrible, horrible smell! One of the bathing suits looked worn! I contacted them the next day via "ticket" that you have to submit, asking for the proper return address. Their website says "14 day return policy", NOT true. They will NOT provide the address! They told me "the cost to ship it back is not worth it for you, right? Maybe sell online, or give as a gift". This was after I even sent them photos of the merchandise per their request! Going on 10 days with the open ticket, and now I'm just being ignored. I spent over $100, and now going through a dispute with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They should be reported, and not allowed to do business with the USA. I wish I could give a negative star...
Ordered an item and paid for expedited shipping(2-5 days). It has been 4 days and the item hasn't shipped and no telephone number to talk to a live person. On-line chat service is only an email and not live chat. False advertisement!
I just ordered with company a couple of days ago. Still havent recieved a tracking or order number through my email. I didnt know at time of order that the sizes run very small. I already know I'm screwed with the sizes I ordered. I also used their other company Rosewholesale to order, not knowing it was same company with a different name. I dont use my credit card on any online sites to purchase with. Paypal is free and I encourage anyone to use them to pay through. I did and already see I might have to file a dispute to recoup my money. Paypal will get your money back sooner or later. After reading reviews I will never shop with these 2 sites again. I ordered a dress for a important formal engagement with my husband. I ordered 4 weeks prior to and I have yet to receive the item. The site stated that I would get a tracking number between 1-3 business days since I ordered priority and it took 2 weeks for a tracking number. I will NEVER order from this site again!

I also noticed that the copyrights are identical and believe that it is possible that rosewe.com and Modlily.com are the same company. Buyer beware!
I placed an order in December, and have yet to received it. I needed it for the 20th of February, Ive emailed and called and still no respond. To everyone who has ordered and are not satisfied, please file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. This doesn't make any since. Lesson learned for me.

I'm a us size 14, I ordered a black jumper in XXL which the size chart said was a u. S size 16, then I took almost a month to receive it. When I tried it on it was more like a us size 10... I couldn't even get it on, when I sent an email to modlilly to try and get a refund they sent me a 20% off coupon and never responded again. I will never purchase from them ever again and I'll be writing Many bad reviews. Screw your 20% off coupon
I knew this was shipping from China, so I ordered an XL even though I am an American barely medium. Guess what? I couldn't even get it over my boobs without hearing the thread pop. I waited over 10 weeks to get it, paid 14 bucks for it, and cannot return it because NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ME!
If you are a very small Asian women, then these clothes may fit. If you live in China then you might be able to return. BUT, if you are from Europe or North America... save your money! Extremely small fitting, bad quality (a mean not even sewn properly). If you want to return they tell you no cuz the postage isn't worth it. You will be stuck with something that doesn't fit and looks like it was made in Grade 6 Home Economics Class. Beware! They are a poor quality China company but you don't find that out until they have your money.
Ordered a dress, using their size chart, XL which should be a UK 14-16, it won't fit my size 10 daughter. At the same time I ordered a hoody,, it's coming apart at the seams, badly made. I refuse to pay expensive postage to China, and get a partial refund, when items are not as described. They have offered me $12, as I had to pay in dollars, the order cost me $50. I've put it into dispute with PayPal. Watch this space!

The clothes look good online but then when you get then theirs strange hanging from them the customer service ignore your emails & when there supposed to refund you & you tell them that you did not receive it they just start not writting you back is just a mess & I will not purchase anything else for them ever again & I wouldn't advise anyone else to either Thank you
I purchase a red jumpsuit and a cream tribal print dress from this company. The items are no where near the picture. The stitching is horrible and offset, threads are hanging and fabric not as noted in description. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
Placed an order December 1st and was told it would come in right before christmas. Never happened at all still waiting and a few days later my credit card numbers where stolen my bank said someone tried to take over $2000 from my account. Watch your credit card information guys there just like any asian website a fraud.
I ordered 2 dresses and for the most part they were what I wanted. The only issue was the material was not what I expected however, I've had them for a year and they have lasted so this site is worth trying.
Cheap, poor quality, not like picture, sizes not American fits, stains in garments? Stitching zigzag and they trying not to give me 100% refund after I had to pay another $38 to ship stuff back to China. Offered 60-70% if I sent all product back. Did I mention it was sent back in a week of receipt and they have a 30 day policy. Who do I need to report them to? Should not be able to do business in US. I am reporting to BBH.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
