Do not, I repeat... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a long sleeved sweater in a size large but should've ordered an x-large as the sleeves were not near long enough. The cost of the sweater was $37. When I took it back to the post office, the cheapest method of return was going to cost me $113. You read that right...$113. I now have a sweater I cannot wear, no way of returning it, and a lesson learned.
I ordered a blue jean coat and a really cute sweater/ blouse, i actually like both BUT they run very very small! I have tried about five times to get some assistance to exchange these with no luck! Will NEVER order from Modlily again!

My garment, a denim coat, arrived w/o cut-out button holes. I was made an offer to keep the item and receive a 10% credit to my account. I refused. Now, I cannot get ANY reply to any of my inquiries. I am donating the coat. Hopefully, someone can get some use out of it. My advice... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Ordered linen-felt like burlap. Finger went right through thin material. One XL item fits my size 8 daughter.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered! The item was nothing like the way it looked online. It's a totally different color, the fabric is cheap, and the workmanship is awful. The only place this deserves is the garbage. If there was a zero rating, that's what I'd give it!

The material is the cheapest ever see through. Size are not correct and takes months to get. Past ridiculous they send fake ups tracking numbers that goes to nothing.
I rarely write reviews of anything, but I want to be sure you do not lose your money, your time or your sanity buying clothing from this CHINESE company. In November I purchased 5 tunics in a size I wear in over 30 different brands of clothing. The shipment arrived in 2 days without an invoice in it or instructions for return. None of the pieces fit, with extremely snug armholes and sleeves and very wide body of the tunic. The chemical smell of the clothing was overwhelming, to the point we had to put them outside in order to "air them out". I contacted the company via the weblink they provide on their website. 8 days later I got a response that asked the question: "Are you sure they are the wrong size. It would be very expensive to return them to us, it is not worth it. Can you give them away or resell them?" I had several back and forth unpleasant emails with them asking why they state on their site that you can return the products for a refund when they have no intention of doing so? They explained that with the limited 60% refund (40% restocking fee) and the cost to ship it back to China I would end up not having much of a cash refund. I then got an email that said "If you trust me, I can compensate you differently if this would be acceptable to you." At that point I quit communicating with them. The quality of their clothing to me is equivalent to the quality of clothes you get at KMart/Walmart with a price tag of Khol's, Target, Macy's etc. IF I can help spare just one person going through the financial loss and insanity of trying to work with this group of thieves then I will be glad to have spent the time I did today to write this review. Spend your hard earned $$ on US made and sold goods!
Do not order from this company. It is a scam. I ordered a shirt from them on Nov. 11,2016. I have never received it. Now they tell me it was delivered. I don't have it! So they are going to give me a 60 percent refund because they gave 40 percent of my money to the shipping company. WTF? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Around the 1st of November, I ordered a top from Modlily for my grandaughter for Christmas, and it never arrived. They accepted my payment through PayPal and I received notice that it had been shipped so I waited and waited and waited, still no delivery!
So I went to their website to speak with someone about my order, they have no phone number so you have to send an email explaining he problem. I proceeded to do that and they asked for the order # which I filled in and it came up that that was an improper number, so I rechecked it twice more to no avail. It would not let me advance any further.
I could not call them, I couldn't sent them an email, my hands were tied.

Same as what everyone else says! Garbage... save your money! When I wanted to return the item, they told me I would have to pay all the return and shipping fees TO CHINA?!?!?! And it says Easy Returns on their website!? BULL! Garbage and it takes FOREVER to arrive! Not worth even a half off the price they charge! Junk, garbage, sweat shop clothes! Avoid these scammers!

You're a horrible company. I've decided I will work actively to tell people the truth about Modlily. I ordered a gift and it didn't fit. In the year 2017, the common courtesy is that there is an exchange. Modlily said that all I would get is a twenty percent off of a future purchase. That's shameful. Sure, they said I could return it, but the company is in China! Stay away. Stay away... Stay away!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
