Ordered an adorable bathing suit and cover up and received it quickly and the right size according to the size chart. The quality is so good too! Overall I'm very pleased.
I have ordered 3 bathing suits. 2 in the beginning of April and 1 the end of April. I received PayPal receipts BUT I have yet to receive the bathing suits of confirmation of when they will ship. It leaves me with a fuzzy feeling to order again. I like so much more, but until I receive what I paid for, I delete all emails that come.
I am having the same problem as others with my swimsuit just SITTING around in China somewhere. First of all, I had no idea that it was coming from China. I ordered my swimsuit on April 20th. I sent an email a week later and got a prompt reply with a tracking number and they told me it had shipped. It's still sitting somewhere in China as PRESHIPMENT and I have sent 3 more emails and they will not respond. RIDICULOUS! I'm wondering if this is a scam at this point.

Ordered a swim suit on April 1,2017 to take on my cruise on April 17. Never knew it was coming from china. Thought 2 weeks time was enough to get it before my trip. Just got back today, May 1, and still no suit, although I did receive email saying it was in Shanghai on the 14th and is now in USA as of 4/29. Are they for real? Curious to if and what I get, lol

Sizing is a joke, quality is worst Return process impossible and no way to honor their promise for return. Stay away if want service and reasonable products.

Don't order from this company! I ordered swimsuits that came from China. They didn't fit. The return process is frustrating. You have to play a back and forth email game just to get authorization to send back. It states you can return items to a location in the US in their return policy, but now they tell me I have to return it to China which is a costly expense that I am responsible for. Horrible process!
If you need to return something, you need to pay for the item to be shipped to CHINA. Clothing is POOR quality and not true to size. My order was literally donated and I lost the whole cost of the items. STAY AWAY
I am trying to return items and there is no order number in package and did not received one in an email when ordering and no number to call. I am furious. I will have to stop payment from my bank.
The clothes are exactly as in the photos on this site and the accessories are amazing. The clothes and accessories are high quality and they look better in real life than in the pictures.
Do not order from this site unless you plan to wait weeks to get your order. I placed my order 14 days ago and it says still processing. I cannot get anyone from customer service to provide an update on my order. Will probably cancel soon.
I was happy with the selection of apparel and the promptness of the arrival of my order. However, I am a size 14 (12's are a little snug, 16's are loose) and saying that I ordered 2XL since it stated it was equivalent of a size 16. When it arrived, I could not get it on. The arm holes would not let my arms go through all the way. The sizing is way off on the site. If I had to order again (which I will not) I would have to order a 3XL or 4XL according to them.
I have tried to contact by phone and email to return an item that doesn't fit and have had no respond on returning. No return slip or address was in package.
I puchased two blouses from ModLilly and when i received them they were made very small, altho i ordered two sizes up - very very poor quality clothes - one blouse is ok but if you had to wash it - it would be no good anymore and the second blouse feels like plastic. I tried and tried and tried to return them and they give you the run around and then they tell you they will give you a partial refund on your account instead of returning the items. Well i do not want partial refund as i would never ever ever order from ModLil again! Buyer Beware! What do i do with two blouses that do not fit me? Very poor customer service - they say they will reply in one business day, however it has been four days trying to send these items back! I will tell my friends not to purchase from ModLil!
I just got off the phone with the shipping company & they checked both Domestic & International & my package has never left China, & they also never get the shipping fees. So Modlily has lied all the way around. I will never order from them again, I have now asked for a full refund, now lets see what happens.
Just received an email from Modlily saying they would pay $3 for a good review on this website. Given that I have not received my items after purchasing them 16 days ago, and that any emails I send through the appropriate channels are bouncing, I'd say that I am unable to offer a positive review. Wish I had sought out feedback from sites like this before I was drawn in by lovely images of great looking clothes on what seemed to be a coherent, professional, US based website.
I'm overall fairly pleased with the quality of this site. It's my favourite website when I'm shopping online. Their service is very nice. Both for the questions from customers and the shipping time. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
