I ordered a bathing suit and received a different one with no tags on that appeared to be previously worn. For weeks I have been trying to request Modlily to give me postage free shipping instructions to return the one erroneously sent to me and ship me the one I ordered and to no avail. I just want to return the one you sent me & receive the one I ordered. I have NEVER dealt with a company who sent the wrong item & refuses to send me the one I ordered.

Easy order process, awesome clothes, quick delivery time and have placed another order on Oct 20th, shippment should arrive fairly soon. I love the clothes and plan on Modlily being my go to place to buy my clothea and gifts for others from on a regular basis.
I will not be ordering from Modlily again. It wasn't the worst experience, but the items were not as advertised. One top is a completely different color. One is a weird, cheap material. The black one is pretty much okay.

Sweater is so pretty, great quality, fits perfectly! I'm 5'1 and weigh 124, ordered a small. I love Modlily, shoped with them over the years, they have sweaters and tops, you don't see in stores, which I love, I advise to order up one size, runs alittle small in their sweaters and tops! You won't be sorry ordering from Modlily!

Actually one should give zero stars here because that would be absolutely appropriate here.
I ordered some bikinis in July that were delivered too late, but that's not the main problem.
What I finally received was a joke. Some of the bikinis were soaking wet, so clearly worn, which is incredibly hygienic, especially with this type of product.
The dried fingerprints of the employee who painted them were on the metal fasteners...
Inappropriate parts are made to fit here. On one side the sewing is too wide and higher and on the other side too narrow and lower. This has little to do with symmetry and it is certainly not suitable for the rather symmetrical body of a normal person.
It goes without saying that you have to send back such disgusting and unsatisfactory junk.
I have written almost 50 emails since August and every time I get the standard reply that I should send the goods back to the USA at my own expense. Why to the USA? I have ordered from and to Germany and now should I also pay 40 € shipping costs for all the used second-hand junk?
That is an absolute cheek.
This is clearly a fraud and I can only warn everyone to stay away from a seller with such type of business attitudes. Here you are just ripped off and get some junk that is not worth the nerves and money that you ultimately waste on it.
I will now report the whole store to the consumer advice center and can only hope that nobody falls for this scam anymore.
