I love how fast everything came and only one thing didn't fit as well as the rest of the things. But rest was perfect. I love the material, a little strech
The color is a bit different than what is shown on my monitor, it is a very pale taupe rather than the rosey cream I see on my computer. Still love it and will probably buy another color.
Modlily has offered to send me a replacement of an item marked delivered, but not received, in exchange for this review.
Didn't like the fit of the bathing suit I ordered; sent an email to Modlily on June 30,2016 since their website "return" page wouldn't allow me to upload a picture of the suit - said photo was too large.
So, I sent an email with a picture of the suit to them with all the Invoice numbers, etc., pertaining to my order. Got an email asking for a picture of the suit! Sent another email to them. Second email from them said they needed my order number, which was NO WHERE listed on my order. I went to the USPS home page, looked up my shipment, got the order number... another email back to China! I looked at the shipping label, and they had this bathing suit listed as a "chiffon dress" on their Customs Declaration label.
Heard nothing for a week... another email to Modlily, asking about status of my return (initially asked for the address to send it back to). This a.m. I got an email from them asking "why you want return"? Seriously?!
I looked up the USPS costs to send the suit back, which is slightly more than I paid for this damn suit in the first place, so NEVER AGAIN! I'm out $27, will put the suit in a yard sale, and I'm done with these A-holes!
Very disappointed in this entire process, and their lack of customer service... there is none.

My first order from ModLil was just one item because I couldn't believe it could be good quality for so low of a price but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and will definitely order more from Modilly!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress! It is so comfortable and can be dressed up or down. I took my normal size (medium) and it was perfect. I will be buying more colors once they are back in stock!
I order ed a tip which was too small and had no problems with exchange versus return. I had preordered a coat and was able to change size from small to medium.
I placed my order end of January 2016 and still do not have my 2 items(bathing suits)totalling 55.00 U. S and still have not received my order! Still hVe no answers from this company!

Despite their VERY slow shipping process, I ordered a jacket for my daughter and a shirt. I checked measurements and sizes on the Size Chart provided. I was confident that I had ordered the correct size. When we got our order (a month and a half later) BOTH item were WAY too small and the shirt didn't even look like it was shown on the picture. When I emailed costumer service, they told me (in very broken English) that all sizes are in Asian sizes and that they run 2 sizes smaller. This was NOT advertised on their sizing chart! When I asked for an exchange or a full refund. They told me that they would accept a return if I pay for the refund back to China IN FULL and I would only receive 20% of my money back. WHAT?!?!?! Very very very very poor costumer service and poor business. I will NEVER NEVER NVER ship Modliy again and you shouldn't either.
Everyone complimented this outfit. It stood out. And rest assured nof one else will inter the room with the same. It is unique this is why I love shopping on Rosewe. Love love love it.
I ordered something on December 5th, 2018. They said it shipped on December 7th.
I e-mailed them on February 16th asking where my order was. I did understand that it was coming from China. The tracker at the time still said it was on the way.
They responded and said "Thanks for contacting us. I total understand that you need the order urgently. I just checked with the shipping company, everything goes well with your package and we will accelerate the delivery for you. You can also track it online now, here is the tracking information, "
What did they mean accelerate it? You can't accelerate a package that has already been shipped and is on the way. I realized that they never actually shipped it.
I wrote back with their policy, "We promise 50% refund if the shipping time is beyond the promised latest deliver deadline for 15 days and 100% refund if beyond 30 days." Note that they did not uphold this policy until I stated it back to them.
It was beyond 30 days. They wrote back and did refund my order. The refund did go through.
Magically, the shipment that was in process from China to me disappeared. Which makes sense, as they never actually sent the order.
I love the design so much that I bought all the color of the shirt dress. I can wear it when I am working, I can wear it when there are partiesit seems to me that I can wear it on every occasion!
I had a great experience I like the tankini tops that I received. I don't like the dress and would like to return it.
It took a long time to receive my order.
I was reluctant to purchase a bathing suit as I haven't been able to wear one in such a long time I am so glad I choose to get this one it fits perfect and it's very cute

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
