Received my swim suit Friday and it's very poor quality material and has snags in material. The fit is good and it's cute so I'm really disappointed that it's not what I thought it would be!
I ordered from Modlily without researching. Boy, was that a mistake. Ordered a top that was probably 2 sizes larger than what I ordered. I then began the process of trying to get a refund. Of course the rep offered 50% without sending back the merchandise. I declined. Then rep offered 80% without returning the merchandise. I accepted that as a reasonable option. Rep. Stated the amount which would be refunded and I requested a timeframe in which I would see it back on my Paypal account. Haven't heard back since. I cannot log into my account even after server password changes. I am now on hold with Paypal to start a claims/ dispute. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and again will never purchase from them again. I see that Modlily sends an auto reply to all of these complaints and requests the order number. Here it is but I seriously do not expect any results!

Return process is not easy! I had to reply to an email in order to get my return started.
Receiving my items took awhile compared to other sites.
If you need to return something, you need to pay for the item to be shipped to CHINA. Clothing is POOR quality and not true to size. My order was literally donated and I lost the whole cost of the items. STAY AWAY

Not only is the quality of the product poor but the sizes were way off and I was unable to return or exchange items. I will not be purchasing from Modlily again.
I have ordered bathing suits and many cute tops. All good quality, perfect fit, shipped within two weeks.
The sizing is horrible and you cant call this company, you can only email them. They also refuse to write back on returns

They charge you immediately, then do not ship. When you inquire about your order you get a pre-programmed response that is HORSE $#*!! Then all communication is cut off! Un believable! Trying to get my money back. I hope that Pay Pal will cut them off!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.
